Chapter 8: Unexpected Meeting

At Earth, (Wednesday, 8:00am)

"Tanya, have you gotten updates from your brother? He hasn't called since he left yesterday" Tok Aba asked worriedly as he set up the kokotiam.

Tanya shrugged, "I've tried calling him on his phone, but he hasn't answered yet, Tok" she replied. "I'll try contacting him with my power watch" she lifted her watch, looking around to see if anybody was looking.

"Why don't you contact him by the river? So that no one sees you and might get suspicious" her grandfather suggested, Tanya nodded and went beside the river near the kokotiam.

She sat on the ground and went to dial her brother's watch, "Come on, answer it, abang" she said to herself while she waits.

At MYS Kebenaran

The elementals were still asleep, Quake opened the door to check on them. He smiled as he saw his brothers sleeping peacefully (a true mother right here). He closed the door and went back to Boboiboy who was still in the infirmary. He hummed curiously as he heard his watch ring, a call from his sister.

He answered, "Hey, lil sis, how are you and tok there?" he asked with a smile on his face, taking a seat next to Boboiboy's bed.

Tanya sighed in relief when her brother finally answered the call, "Hey, abang..." her head tilted with confusion on her face "Quake?"

The earth elemental chuckled, "Yeah, long story. But to shorten it, Boboiboy's been shot by an unknown villain while TAPOPS Station was under attack and well, all of the elementals got outside the watch while..." he showed her Boboiboy's unconscious body laying on the bed.

"W-what the... are you guys okay?" Tanya asked worriedly, Quake gave her a reassuring nod.

"Ochobot said he just needed some rest. And we're going to Laskar Station for the meantime. We might not come home for a while, but we're okay" Quake replied, taking glances at his owner.

Tanya sighed, "Okay, I'll tell Tok Aba and the other parents. Stay safe, abang... or abangs" she said with slight confusion. "So since the elementals are out and Boboiboy's is also there... I have eight brothers"

Quake chuckled, "Yeah, maybe. Stay safe there too, call us if there's any trouble there" he reminded, earning a nod from his sister. They ended the call, Quake sighed and looked at Boboiboy then he looked at the time. "Guess it's time to make breakfast" he said to himself, getting up from his seat and exiting the room.

Just as Quake was about to reach the kitchen, his power watch rang. He answered, "Hey Boboiboy... Quake" Gopal started. "Admiral Tarung is calling you guys"

"Okay, I'll wake up the others. Does Boboiboy need to be there too?" he asked as he walked back to wake up the other elementals.

Gopal nodded, "Well if he's awake and has enough energy, yeah" he replied. Quake thanked him and ended the call. He reached the room where his brothers were sleeping.

"Oi! Wake up, all of you!"

The trio troublemaker groaned and sat on the bed, rubbing their eyes and still looking very sleepy. "Why?" Blaze whined. Thunderstorm and Solar rolled their eyes and got out of bed. Ice was already awake but he was still in bed.

"How's Boboiboy?" asked the red lighting elemental. Eventually all of them finally got out of bed and fixed their messy hair.

"He's okay, we have to go to the hanger. All of you get a shower and I'll go check on Boboiboy. Be. Quick." Quake replied with a strict tone. He went out of the room and headed straight to the infirmary where Boboiboy was resting. His eyes widened when he saw his owner sitting on the edge of the bed.
