Sometimes, we do not only dwell with our past regrets but as well as with our past victories. We thought those were the best.
"I had this powerful revelation this Monday, I'll do my devotion again this Friday." "The preacher at church will speak God's words, I don't need to read my bible at home." "I'll be praying when I go to church; my schedule is so tight right now."
One word—COMPROMISE. Most of us today are compromised Christians.
Forgetting what is behind means everything happened in the past. And that's his point here.
v.16 Only let us live up to what we have already attained.
God's grace is sufficient for you.
He wants you to live up your life worthy.
Get back on track. Get your confidence in Christ again.
