Kelly wakes up on her 26th birthday to find that everyone else has already eaten breakfast. Kelly asks if she may pick them up after school; they say they have plans. Kellly arrives at her flat in the evening to find the door open; as she turns on the light, she is surprised to hear a happy birthday. They laugh, she thanks everyone, and the party goes really well. Kelly asks Jena how she knew, and Jena points at Aj. Aj smirks and hugs Kelly. Jena and Kelly embrace and kiss, and everyone exclaims with delight.
When Kelly has alone time with Jena, she tells her, "You didn't have to do this." Jena responds, "It's your first birthday with me, and I wanted to make it special." Kelly responds that every day I am with you is amazing.
After everyone has left and the kids are sleeping, Jena gives a gift to Kelly. Kelly claims the party was enough gift for her, but Jena says just open it. Kelly opens it and finds a pair of earrings. Jena tells Kelly that the real gift is still in the box as she tries to say thank you. Kelly checks and finds a key. Jena then tells her, "My home is your home, love."
