Arriving at his car, Issei was taking not only White Queen home, but heading to the middle school to pick Kotori up. Once he got parked and stepped out, he was met with a bawling Kotori that just flung herself onto Issei, which made him almost lose his temper again. He tightly held onto Kotori and gently stroked her hair, trying to calm his sister down.
Issei: Kotori...
Kotori just clung onto Issei and just cried hard. Soon, Issei began to hear laughing from the school, and it was five boys that not only picked on, but what Issei caught was the bruises that Kotori so desperately wanted to hide. Issei got to Kotori's level and spoke softly.
Issei: Did those five kids do this to you..?
Issei may have seemed calm on the outside, but Ddraig felt the anger and rage about to explode from Issei. He just shivered and stayed quiet, realizing Issei was about to kill some people. The principal also came out and smirked at Kotori crying, only for the six of them to stop laughing and a look of fear that replaced their smug looks. Issei was not having it, and he was straight up going to kill those six; the principal for allowing Kotori's abuse to happen, and the five boys for hurting his little sister. Soon, he made a call to his parents, explaining what happened. It's safe to say that the parents were beyond pissed, and called for one of the best lawyers in all of Japan. Not only that, the superintendent herself came out and saw the scene, and boy was she PISSED.

SI: Christian! Why are you allowing this poor girl to be bullied?!
The principal was only stuttering, as Issei spoke up about the case.
Issei: This isn't the first time it happened...
SI: What do you mean by that?
Issei: I'm saying it's been going on for a while, and every time she's been harassed..
Now the superintendent was furious, effectively firing the principal and expelling the five boys. Her methods are not to be trifled with, and she didn't take shit from anyone. Kotori held onto Issei, feeling relieved that her tormentors were finally taken care of. Issei saw how Kotori clung to him, and he smiled, reminiscing of how she held onto him anytime she got scared. The superintendent made her way to Issei, and bowed to him, apologizing.
SI: I'm so sorry that your little sister was harassed here...I will not let this slide again..
Issei: You don't need to apologize...you did your job, and that's enough for me.
The superintendent only smiled as she just nodded at Issei, turning around to walk inside. Before stepping inside, she turned around once more, showing a flash of blue in her eyes with her blue hair. She then walked inside, her mind thinking of one thing.
SI: So he's the Red Dragon...this will be interesting.
Once Issei helped Kotori in his car, he got in and as he started driving, Ddraig screamed in his mind, almost causing Issei to flinch and jerk his car.
