Author's pov

Then the flower partition was removed, and Aariz sat beside Saira while the elders settled onto the couches on the stage.

Asiya passed the ring to Aariz, saying, "Now make your hayathi wear this ring. Pehle to nahi pehna sake, ab pehna do."

Aariz took the ring from Asiya and extended his hand toward Saira, murmuring so softly that only she could hear, "Dushman bane rehne ka irada tha, lekin tum to aashiq banne par majboor kar rahi ho."

Saira was shocked and speechless, her cheeks turning crimson at his words. He winked at her, and though she tried hard not to blush, she ended up blushing deeply.

Then Ayaaz teased, "Kya khusur phusur ho rahi hai Miya biwi ke bich?"

Amir playfully hit Ayaaz's arm, saying, "husband wife won't share the secrets of them with you, will they?"

Ayaaz rolled his eyes in response, and everyone laughed at their banter.

Then Aariz said, "Aapka haath aage karein, Begum Sahiba."

Saira extended her hand, and he took it in his, smirking as he said, "Pehna du, agar pehna diya to zindagi bhar nahi utarne dunga."

Saira smiled tightly and replied, "Why? Planning something that'll make me regret wearing it?"

Impressed by her wit, Aariz gave her a look, and then Saira murmured softly, so only he could hear, "Chup chap pehnao"

He chuckled softly, sliding the diamond ring onto her finger. Everyone around them erupted in applause and cheers for the newly married couple.

Then Ayaaz took the mic and announced, "Now my best friend, will dedicate a song to his newly wedded wife. Give a big round of applause!"

Aariz looked at him with wide eyes as everyone clapped. Shocked, Aariz replied, "Have you gone mad? How will I do that?"

Jaffer gave him a silent nod, encouraging him to go for it. Aariz sighed, took the mic from Ayaaz, and started singing.

Aariz stood in the center of the decorated hall, feeling the crowd's energy around him. With a smile at Saira, he began to sing.

"آه عروسة النور تاج البدر يبرزها"
[Oh, the bride of light, you shine so bright]
"نجمًا يشع بأنوار وأنوار"
[Like a full moon, your beauty glows]
"مبارك زوجها جاءت على درر"
[Congratulations to her, with love so pure]
"زوج النقاء بتتويج وإبهاري"
[Together in a crown, their love only grows]

Everyone cheered, their faces filled with joy as Aariz continued.

"كل القلوب تناهت في السنا فرحًا"
[All hearts overflowed with joy]
"بالحسن يبرق في حسن وإصرار"
[With good deeds, shining bright and strong]

Aariz sang the chorus again, pouring his heart into every word.

"على جبين سعادتي وأفكاري"
[On my forehead, happiness shines]
"تجري الحروف بأشواق وأزهار"
[Words flow with love and flowers bloom]
"هذي هيا قد سرت للسعد في أمل"
[This path leads me to joyful hopes]
"تروي الجمال بألحان وأطيار"
[Bringing beauty with every tune]

As he finished, the crowd erupted in applause, filled with pride and joy, creating a beautiful moment for everyone.

After finishing his song, Aariz returned to his seat, still feeling the rush of the performance.
