Mom had allowed me to go to the victory party. I think she felt bad I that I had to leave Cobra Kai. Even tho I told her I'd leave anyways like a thousand times.
We were in this Mexican restaurant. I somehow got Demetri to join us, which is amazing.
I sat besides Eli and Demetri sat in front of us with Aisha. Miguel was somewhere, he's been down a lot lately. We all decided we'd give him time. Like five minutes.
Aisha stood up and started filming for her insta story. „So, you might be wondering what a team does after they win the championship. The answer? Victory nachos!"
We started cheering for the video and began a conversation, while Aisha was still talking to her followers.
„It was supposed to be a round of drinks, but the waitress was not feeling Hawk's fake ID." Aisha said in the camera.
„Hey, don't talk about that! My mom follows you."Eli interrupted. He's a sweetheart.
„Sorry, Ms. Moskowitz. Anyways, until next time, no mercy, bitches." Aisha closed her phone and sat down with us.
„I gotta say, it's nice to be at a victory party." Demetri said.
„Yeah, except you had nothing to do with the victory." Eli said and I gave him a glare.
„Then I consider it a belated party for the coding competition we won at computer camp. Remember?" Eli made a face. Well, I definitely remember.
I was too poor at that time to go to camp with them, but they did a lot of videos, so I felt like I was there too.
Demetri started singing, „Demetri and Eli binary brothers."
Aisha and I started laughing. It was actually more cute than funny, but still funny.
„Cool it with the nerd shit, huh?" Eli hushed.
„Well, I'm a nerd." I reply looking at Eli.
„You're not a nerd." He said and whispered into my ear, „you're a babe."
Uh huh?
„I'll see after Miguel for a moment, y'all be safe?" I asked the group.
„Sure! Tell him the wings are getting cold." Aisha screamed as I made my way to Miguel.
„Wait, I'm joining!" Eli screamed and took my hand. So now Demetri's alone with Aisha?
„El Serpiente, there you are." Eli shouted. „Wha „Is this how you celebrate a first- place trophy?" I asked and sat down besides him.
„She blocked me." He said quietly.
„So, what happens when you get blocked? You counterpunch. Except maybe don't actually hit her this time." Eli laughed out.
