Chapter 8 - date?

I am currently preparing and finding the perfect dress for our date.

"hayst! Wala na bang ibang maayos, Iyah?" i said while finding some clothes in my cabinet.

"wait..yeah, this would be perfect!" i said as i grabbed the dress from the hanger.

I went out from the bathroom to check myself in the mirror.

This dress I'm wearing is a gorgeous blend of elegance and edge. It's a fitted, mini dress made of soft velvet with a sweetheart neckline and long, sheer sleeves. The sleeves have a puffy, ruffled design that adds a touch of romanticism, while the velvet fabric gives it a sophisticated and luxurious feel.

After some time looking at myself in the mirror feeling satisfied i immediately sat and do my makeup.

After I finished my makeup, i went downstairs to tell my mother where i am going and we bid goodbye to each other.

I arrived at the location Mikhs sent me "ay, ang shala, yayamanin" i whispered to myself and looked around to find her.

"Iyah" i heard someone called from not really far from me.

I looked at her direction and she waved at me

Ano ba, wave pa lang yan pero kinikilig na ako.

I did the same and went to her direction.

I went to the opposite seat in front of her.

She's wearing a tan button-down shirt dress with a black leather jacket over it.

Gosh, she looks more pretty handsome with that clothes.

She just stare at me for a second before saying "what would you like to order?" she smiled a bit and handed me the menu.

"ikaw" i immediately covered my mouth after I realized what I said.

"huh?" she said giving me a confused look.

"i mean, ikaw anong gusto mo i-order?" i said and smile awkwardly.

Lahat na lang talaga

"oh, alright." she said and ordered some food.

"how about you?" she asked and raised her eyebrow.

"tubig na lang, ang mamahal naman kasi ng mga 'to, kukulangin pera ko" i said while searching for other foods that my budget can afford.

"don't worry, I will pay for our food" she said and gave me a reassuring smile.

"huh? Eh ang mahal nga ng mga 'to. Besides, ang dami rin ng in-order mo." I said and look at her.

"diba I told you that I will make bawi? So, go order whatever you want." she said and took her phone out.

Enebe, huwag kang ganyan!

I started to order everything i see in their menu "that's quite a lot, ha" the girl in front of me said.

"masyado bang marami? Pwede ko namang bawasan" i said but she just shook her head before saying "it's okay, just continue."

"sorry, masyado kasing masasarap yung mga nandito" i said as i pointed the menu before giving it to the waitress.
