If you go onto my profile you will see that there is a rebooted version of this story that has been published.
Unfortunately while writing this version of the story I lost track of all the plots that I had going in the background and I let my own imagination get a little out of hand and it created a massive writers block.
You see I didn't know where I wanted to take the story because I dug myself into a hole by not knowing what I wanted the overarching plot to end up at. This was my first ever story draft so as much fun as it was to write I had to let it go and write something else.
This reboot will be similar to a lot of popular stories of this genre like "The Swan's Song" and "A Man In A Beasts World." However while I draw inspiration from those stories and might take some ideas from them I am putting my own spin and twist on things. Feel free to guess which parts and aspects of my story are like the other ones I have stayed here. I would love to see if you guys can guess correctly.
My new work is under the same title and will eventually be losing the (reboot) tag as well. This one eventually will be marked (old) and at some point I will be unpublishing it and uploading a separate version of it alongside an unreleased/unfinished chapter of it over on my discord:
