Part 5

Minjeong POV:

After that day on, classes went on as normal and the festival was getting closer, we would arrange practices every week. The dancers would practice on Monday and the band would practice on Wednesday while every Friday we practiced together.

-In class-

"Ughhh this lecture is so boring, didn't we already learn this in high-school?" Ning Complained

"The only reason we even learned all of this in high-school was because we were in the accelerated program and plus, it doesn't hurt for us to get a refresher" I quickly replied while jotting down my notes

"Orrr a free period, so how's it going with Ms. Casanova.." she went on as I rolled my eyes

"First of all you should focus on the lesson and second of N-O-T-H-I-N-G is going on with Rina" I quickly shut her down

"Oh you guys are on a nickname basis now?" She teased

"Oh shut up.. Anyways can we talk after class?" I asked

"Oh that serious? Of course we can. What is your group doing for the festival?" She replied

"That my friend, is a surprise" I chuckled

"Hey! That's not fair, in that case i'm keeping mine a surprise too" she said playfully

"You wanna tell me what's going on with you and that junior Aeri?" It was my turn to tease her now

"Hey stop there's nothing going on with her okay" she immediately said, hmm that was way too quick of an answer

"Really? You don't even find her a little bit attractive?" I pushed her even more

"Okay maybe I do find her pretty hot, so what it doesn't mean anything. Just focus on class" She said with her head down probably hiding her blushed cheeks.

'Dang Ning, this girl has you whipped already?' I secretly thought while smiling to myself

-after class-

"So what did you want to talk to me about Min?" Ning asked me

"Do you remember Jimin?" I quickly spat out

"You mean the girl that broke your heart and made it so you couldn't move on for years? How could I forget?" Ning rolled her eyes

"Yea.... well she has the same last name as Karina" I told Ning

"AND YOU'RE JUST TELLING ME THIS NOW??" Ning exclaimed

"I mean I haven't really thought about it that deeply but you don't think they could be related right?" I questions

"Well..do you think they look similar?" Ning tried to check

"I honestly don't know, I barely remember anything about Jimin and I don't want to remember" I said looking down trying to remember how it was like being with her

"Well all I can tell you is don't look into it too much, the Yu clan is pretty big and plus, Ms. Katarina Yu seems like a MUCH better option in my eyes so go for her lover girl" she teased

"Me and her are just friends, I don't see her like that. But you're right I shouldn't think about it too much" I nervously chuckled

"Alright, well I heard there was a party going on at Aeri dorm tonight, wanna go?" She asked me while tugging on my arm

"If you think I'm going to a party so I can watch you flirt with the girl you have a crush on then you are completely wrong Ning." I groaned

"I DO NOT LIKE HER but cmon pleaseeeee just this once?" She pleaded

"No Ning, I have to study" I replied

"Cmon Minnn, Rina's going to be there." She said while raising her eyebrows

"You know what on second thought let's go to the party" I said trying to hide the smile forming between my lips

"Mhm okay Ms. 'She's just a friend'" Ning rolled her eyes

"Well I'll go pick you up at 6 alright?" Ning continued

"Alright cya bae!" I exclaimed while hurrying back to my dorm. 'What will I wear? Do I even have anything to wear?' While scrolling on my phone trying to find outfit inspos I received a notification.

Rina: Hey, are you going to the party tonight at Aeri's?

Min: Helloo, Yes I am, I got dragged by my friend Ning to go with her, are you?

Rina: Yes..unfortunately Aeri is my best friend who dragged me too
Rina: so, cya there?

Min: definitely

I closed my phone 'OH MY GOSH SHE TEXTED ME okay Minjeong, calm down.' I can't believe she actually texted me first. Now I really do need to find a good outfit, can't let her down am I right?
