Two weeks later
Its been two weeks and things got a pretty messed up Diana is avoiding teverly, Jian Hao has been distracted of the maze of his family's truth, and the rest is...... pretty much normal? Debbie and Ben is more in love than never and more than yesterday.. Vincent... still annoying as ever... Denise still smart and tired of Vincent and maybe still in love of Jian Hao, Maddy still in love with Jian Hao, and stuff overall messed up but normal.
In the class
"So class next week is club week" as miss Sherly said that the class cheered in excitement and joy "and staring t 'oday your gonna start on your projects, BUT Miss Siti sincerely requested that you will be in pairs, and...."
she took out a paper from her blue folder, " Mrs. Regna chose whom\who are you partners, So the first pairs are .. Maddy - Jian Hao " Maddy smiles as she and Jian Hao did a small high five... little did they know some one is looking at them with a mix of Jealousy and sadness. Denise shifted uncomfortably in her seat, her gaze lingering on Maddy and Jian Hao. Denise somewhat hoped to be paired with Jian Hao.
As Miss Sherly continued to announce the pairs, Denise unease grew. she's confuse on why she's getting upset at the fact that she's not partnered up with Jian Hao, she couldn't shake the feeling that he's partnered up with someone else
Miss Sherly finally called out the last pair,. " Denise - Teverly ," she said with a reassuring smile.
Teverly, who had been sitting quietly and diligently, looked at Denise and give a slight nod, Despite his calm exterior, she feel her anxiety boiling up.
As the class began to settle into the project preparations, Denise took a deep breath and tried to shake off her anxiety. She walked over to Teverly's desk, putting a small smile despite her disappointment. "Hey, Teverly. Looks like we're partnered up for the rest of the year, so shall we start?" said Denise
Teverly said as he looked up from his notes, his expression calm and thoughtful. "sure so lets talk about which materials should we buy" Denise nodded
As they began discussing their project, Denise found herself slowly getting absorbed in the topic. Teverly was well-organized and had a clear plan, which helped her shift her focus from her earlier frustration. His calm demeanor was a stark contrast to her initial nerves, but it started to bring her a sense of stability.
Throughout the period, Denise and Teverly worked efficiently together, dividing the tasks and setting deadlines. Teverly's straightforward approach and willingness to collaborate made the project seem more manageable. Denise began to appreciate the opportunity to work with someone who was so methodical and dedicated.
By the end of the class, Denise felt a sense of accomplishment. She had managed to channel her feelings into productive work and was starting to see the potential of their project.
"This project could turn out to be really interesting." Teverly smirk which went unnoticed to Denise "Me too, Denise. I'm sure it's gonna make a great project."
Meanwhile with Maddy & Jian Hao
"So?" said Jian Hao clearly looking uninterested " How about we make research charts?" Maddy excitedly suggested " What's a Research chart?" Ask Jian Hao " Research chart is basically chart that reminds you what type of research are you gonna do-" '' So it's just a chart?" Jian Hao said cutting her off Maddy opened her mouth to speak but closed it realizing it kinda true, " we'll go buy the materials later" Jian Hao said as he rest his head on the table, Maddy nods in agreement, "Um, Jian Hao?" Maddy said, Jian Hao mumbled a small 'Yeah' " Are you ok?, you don't look very well, do you want to go to the clinic?" Jianhao shook his head " no its fine, im fine"
with BEN & DEBBIE
Ben gazed at Debbie with a loving look. "So where should we start?" Debbie asked, adjusting her glasses.
Ben responded with a charming smile. "How about we start on how pretty you are, Debbie?"
Debbie blushed slightly, her heart fluttering. "Oh, Ben..."
Ben's gaze softened even more. "Just wanted to remind you how amazing you are. But we should definitely get started on the project."
Debbie smiled, feeling a rush of affection. "Alright, let's start." (🙂)
