Said jack as a aura around him was created "you need a good mindset, you need to have a strong connection with your brain, with yourself, you need to trust the process, no matter how dangerous the thing might be, you must try to focus on just protecting yourself." Said jack while Michael stared.
"Oh come on Mick it ain't that hard." Said geo.
"We'll I can't do that since i don't feel threatened." Said Michael before he sees jack's blaster appear Infront of him, and with no time to react, Michael tries to do that but his mind went Through so much stress it failed, as the blaster blasted, jack destroyed it before it could hit Michael.
"Oh god this is gonna be long." Said jack.
"Hey I'm not used to these alright?" Said Michael, geo suddenly trapped him with string's and Starts attacking Michael, Michael was dodging.
"COME ON DO IT!" said geo.
Michael did the same thing but he was so focused on not getting hit that it kept falling, geo stopped.
"We'll work on that." Said arlo.

After a few minutes later they were mediating.

"This feels fucking stupid." Said Michael.
"Just trust the fucking process Micky." Said geo.
"Can you both shut up?" Said arlo, as they both went quiet.

Michael was lost in his mind, suddenly he could see a tall figure, it was terrifying.
"We we'll be free." Said the figure, just at that moment Michael opened his eyes and created the protection aura or PA for short, deflecting a attack from geo.
"Yeah not trusting that, you probably were seeing something because you were shaking while doing it." Said geo.
"Me neither." Said arlo.
Jack just went Infront of him with a speed faster than light and spawned a blaster without any warning and without any time to react, Michael just manipulated his own mind to think jack was that figure, and created the PA again before the attack could work but it was wau stronger and it actually broke the PA causing Michael to stumble back.
"There we go." Said jack as he fist bumped Michael.
