Hi everyone!
Writing each chapter is a labor of love—it takes a lot of time, energy, and heart. What truly makes all that effort feel worthwhile is seeing your votes and comments. They are not just numbers or words; they are the driving force behind the motivation to continue writing. It's a reassurance that the time and effort invested are appreciated and valued.
Despite having a substantial number of reads, the votes on my story don’t seem to reflect the level of engagement I hoped for. Similarly, comments are few and far between. I know we all lead busy lives, but I can't help but feel that something is missing.
You often ask for the next update, but without your feedback and engagement, it's challenging to find the motivation to keep going. If you enjoy the story and want to see it continue, please consider taking a moment to vote or leave a comment.
Thank you!

Third Person's POV
✼
Atharva's eyes widened in surprise as he realised what had just happened. His breath hitched, and his mouth hung open slightly, words lost somewhere between his mind and his lips. Anisha blinked rapidly, her face turning a shade darker even in the dim light. Her fingers twitched, brushing against her wet hair as she tucked a loose strand behind her ear.
Atharva stepped back, his hand coming up to scratch the back of his neck awkwardly, raindrops sliding off his fingers. He glanced around, avoiding Anisha's eyes.
Anisha's heart raced, and she clasped her hands together, fingers interlocking tightly. She bit her lower lip, her eyes darting to the ground and then back up to Atharva's face, only to quickly look away again.
"I..um…um..sorry," Atharva finally managed to mutter, his voice barely audible over the rain. He shifted his weight from one foot to the other, his usually confident demeanour faltering.
Anisha's lips parted as if to respond, but no words came out. "It's okay," she whispered, her voice almost drowned out by the storm. She took a small step back, creating a bit more distance between them, her cheeks still warm despite the cold rain.
"So, um... what were you saying?" Atharva asked, his voice cracking slightly as he tried to regain some semblance of normalcy. He rubbed the back of his neck again, feeling the warmth of his embarrassment mixing with the chill of the rain.
Anisha blinked, the question pulling her out of her thoughts. She shook her head slightly, as if to clear it, and took a deep breath.
"Oh, right," she said, her voice trembling a bit. "I was... I was showing you my feet," she said, her voice a mix of embarrassment and shyness. "They got hurt." The memory of the accidental kiss suddenly flashed through her mind. Her cheeks warmed again, and she quickly added, "But you don't need to look at it anymore. It's fine."
Atharva nodded, his own awkwardness mirrored in his stiff posture. "Yeah, okay."
A heavy lightning flash suddenly illuminated the sky, followed by a deafening roar of thunder. Anisha flinched, her body instinctively moving closer to Atharva.
Her heart raced with fear and adrenaline as she grabbed his arm, her fingers digging into his skin. Atharva's gaze fell on her and he hesitated for a moment before placing his hand over hers, offering a comforting squeeze.
Anisha's chest rose and fell rapidly as the rain poured down around them.
She was so close now that Atharva could see every little detail of her face. The rain pelted down relentlessly, drenching her until she was completely soaked, every strand of hair plastered to her face and neck. The beads of water on her lashes shimmered like diamonds, reflecting the dim light of the phone's flashlight in a mesmerising dance. Her lips were parted slightly, glistening with moisture and drawing his gaze like a magnet.
