Kim Areum :

"What?!" My bestfriend since highschool, Han Nari practically yelled. The professor turned around and looked at us and I felt a wave of embarrassment.

"Oh um sorry.. please continue.." Nari spoke apologetically as she bowed a bit as the professor turned back around to teach.

"So you have to marry Lee Minho?! That annoying guy you told me about?!" She whisper yelled as I sighed and nodded. "Yes but you gotta be quieter. I tried saying no and everything, but nothing worked." I whispered back as I looked at the professor to see if she heard us again.

Nari just shook her head slightly while pressing her lips together.

"Just because your parents are besties with his, you're both gonna get married-"

"Yes now stop bringing the subject up. We're gonna get in trouble again." I interrupted knowing she'll just go on and on if I don't stop her from talking now.

I put the passcode to my house and entered inside to hearing some people talking in the dining room. As I walk to the dining room I see Minho along with his parents.

"Mom, dad. What are they doing here?" I ask looking at Minhos parents. "Well, we decided that you and Minho will get married next month!"

"What?" I spoke in sync with Minho. "Mom, Isn't that too early? This month is already almost over." I protested. It was way too soon.

"Don't argue with your mom Kim Areum." My dad replied in a cold tone.

"Then I'm not gonna marry him!"

"Yes you are!"

"No I'm not!"

"Yes you are Areum! You guys are a perfect match."

"And that's where you're wrong!"

"Kim Areum! Guest are here and you're making a scene."

I groaned in annoyance as I walked away from the dining room to my room. This was happening way too fast and it'll the reason why I'll have grey hairs when I'm 22.

I dropped my bag on the floor and just flopped on my bed. Just thinking about it or seeing my parents stress me out in this situation. I pulled my phone out of my pocket and immediately knew who I had to text.

Can I stay at your apartment again..

Did you get into a
fight with your parents again

Maybe..
So is that a yes?
Okay I'm coming over now.

I didn't even-

"IM HERE" I yelled as I swung the door open immediately jumping by a scream.

"You startled me! You gotta stop breaking in my apartment like that, the police will end up coming."

"Well too bad." I shrugged and went to the extra room I usually slept in and put my bag on the desk. "Oh my gosh!!" I yelled as I turned around and saw someone on the bed. Nari quickly ran to the room and sighed of relief.

"Nari, who is this man?!"

"Calm down, it's just my brother Han Jisung. I forgot to tell you he was here because I was distracted by the tv.." Nari rubbed the back of her neck. "But anyways, you can sleep on my bed with me, we'll have a sleepover again." Nari grabbed my bag and walked to her room as I followed.

"Thanks for letting me stay over for the at least 100th time. I'm going back tomorrow." I plopped down on her bed as Nari put down my bag. "No problem, I don't mind." Nari smiled at me.
