Pierre
Braelyn was yelling all in the backseat, making me wince. This bitch's screams sound horrifying than a hoe.
Darren and Josiah are in the backseat with her, tryin' their best to console her. I'm in the passenger seat next to Tyree, who is whipping through traffic to get to the hospital.
"Breathe, Braelyn. Remember to take smooth deep breaths," Josiah coached, holding her hand.
"Siah, baby these contractions are getting worse!" She groaned in pain.
"I know, Brae, but it'll all be worth it after we get through this. I can't wait to see lil cousin," he smiled.
Darren dumbass wants to feel all included and shit so he says, "I'm right here."
Brae looks over at him, still wincing in pain. "You said that already. We know that you are right there. What else can you do besides being useless?"
Tyree and I side eyed each other, tryin' to hold our laughs in. She never spoke to my nigga like that. I whipped my head back around to see Darren lookin' all hurt and shit.
That only made me clown him more.
"Shut up, Pierre! Not the time!" She kicks the back of my seat and on top of that, Tyree semi slammed on the brakes. My head almost hit the dashboard.
I was about to spazz on him until I saw there's a whole line of cars in front of us that is not moving.
"Fuck, we're stuck in traffic!" Tyree let out in frustration.
"Are you fuckin' kidding me?" Me and Darren said at the same time.
Braelyn moans in pain, tightening her hold on Josiah's hand even more. Darren was using a napkin that we had in here to wipe her forehead.
"I'll let you know one thing though, she better not have this baby in here—" I started until I was rudely cut off by her screaming.
"If she does, you're coming back here to help, Pierre," Josiah lets me know.
I just got this car detailed the other day.
Tyree looked just about frustrated, wondering why nobody isn't moving. This would be the worst time to be in some fuckin' traffic when we gotta get to the hospital ASAP.
"Josiah, I-I need water," Braelyn groaned.
Josiah points to the cupholder where there's an unopened water bottle. I picked it up, twist open the cap, and tossed some of the water on her face causing her to gasp. Everybody was just about ready to get on my ass.
"Ooo! That felt too good!"
Josiah shakes his head but takes the bottle from me to give to her. She drank it, taking big gulps with her thirsty ass. Then she hands the empty water bottle back to me after she's finished, burping.
Traffic starts to move just a little, making us all get very much frustrated.
"I-I don't think we're going to make it," Brae huffed.
"We're going to make it, Brae. Just hang in there, okay?" Josiah coached.
Brae rapidly nods her head before she starts wincing in pain again. "Eeehh!"
Darren kisses the back of her hand, softly letting her know that we're going to make it to the hospital in time. I just looked back at him, smacking my teeth. He's stupid in love.
I could tell that Tyree was tryin' to keep calm himself since we're stuck in traffic. His hand tightly gripped the top of the steering wheel. If he panicked, then every one else would too.
