When frustation fills my nerves and veins
Sweat breaks out and breathing's strained
Trembling in anger or fear
I need someone,anyone near
"This is not the way" they say
'Nature favors those who stay'
I know I'm not in my right mind
Letting emotions take control,unkind
They call it cowardice-
Clinging to the past,
Instead of moving forward fast
My emotions are like the last autumn leaf
Surviving somehow,but filled with grief
It's not easy to find the courage
To suffer silently, with quite rage
It takes so much to hold it together
To leave my messed up self behind,
And to look for upcoming betters
