SACRIFICE MYSELF FOR YOU - (A Harry Potter Fanfiction) (Cho Chang x reader)

Author's Note.

Hello, and welcome to this book. I'm very honored to have you, the reader, read something that I have put already very much time in. Please keep in mind that English is not my first language.

This is a Harry Potter inspired book. It's not going to be exactly how the writer has written it, so some aspects of the books, (romance, who dies, some "rules", some names) that the original book had are going to be changed. I hope this doesn't set you off.

I'm of course not going to chance every single thing about the book, because it does stay Harry Potter.

So I want to talk to you a bit about the changes that are going to happen in the book. Keep in mind they these are not all the changes, because some of them will be spoilers and that wouldn't be very fun to read.

Romance:
• You, the main character, will develop a romance with a boy. It's pretty obvious who it is, but if you somehow haven't found out, please try to refrain yourself from finding out! Makes the surprise more fun, right? :)
• You're the twin of Harry Potter, and he is also going to have a romance with a certain someone. I won't tell who, but it's not going to be Ginny, sorry. It is going to be someone though who is also relatively shipped with Harry.. can you guess who it is? (No spoilers please! For first time readers. If I encounter spoilers, they will be deleted. By a 3x offense you will be blocked. But you have already had 3 chances.. so?)

Canon Deaths
There will be some characters who have canonically died, who will stay alive for either a longer time or even not die at all. Why? Because some characters deserve character development. (Small spoiler alert, characters with PP as initials will not have one.) Please, again do not spoil. By a 3x offense, you can guess what's going to happen to you.

Some "rules"
As you may or may not know, Lily sacrificing herself for Harry in the OG story meant that her sacrifice for Harry only worked when Voldemort tried to kill him, and his part of his soul would die if anyone else tried to kill him. For the sake of the story, this will count for EVERY death eater, except for Snape. (Because he's not considered a death eater by me and the book.)
More changes to the "Rules" may appear here the more chapters this story gets, and maybe even later in the book. I don't know yet.
•Some things Harry did will be given to you. But of course there will be also some originality. Don't worry :))
Some names:
I plan to change Kingsley Shacklebolt's last name to Firebolt. Because in history, shackles were used in slavery, and I think it's unethical for any character to have that name. I decided to name him Firebolt because of the Firebolt being a world-class broomstick, and I consider him a good auror. That's why!
Other name changes may be in use. I will note them here then.

I want to already thank you for giving this book a chance! It's means very much to me that people are willing to read my book! Updates are going to come regularly, so stay tuned! However in exam periods I will update a bit less, but I will give a warning! You can expect for about a month now to have very much updates!
