Beomgyu packed all his stuff quickly and hung his bag over his shoulder, walking out of the class. He had his first date today and he was nervous as well as excited.

Soobin didn't tell him where he was taking him and told him to wear something comfortable. Beomgyu wore a pair of brown trousers with a creme coloured top. He was just hoping he wasn't dressed too casual.

He walked out of the uni gate and saw Soobin standing in front of his car. He felt his heart beating out of his chest when he saw Soobin walking closer to him.

"Hey cutie"

"Hey handsome"

Soobin smiled at him before taking his bag from him and opening the car door for him. Beomgyu was impressed by this but he didn't let it show. He sat inside and waited for Soobin to get in too.

"Can you finally tell me where we're going or I'm gonna assume you're kidnapping me"

Soobin chuckled and started the car engine.

"You'll see"

Beomgyu sighed in defeat and looked outside. They reached within the next ten minutes and got out of the car. Soobin opened the door to a cafe and let Beomgyu enter first.

"A cafe date? Not bad"

"Not really a cafe date but...."

Soobin walked past the tables and counter, entering into the 'staff only' area. Beomgyu followed him and realised they were the only ones there.

"A baking date"

"Really??? Oh my god this is awesome!!"

Beomgyu jumped in excitement making Soobin's heart swell.

"Do you know how to bake?"

"Well... I used to bake a lot earlier... And I've baked cookies, cupcakes and a few cakes before too"

"Wow... no wonder you like bread so much"

"Where did you get that from?"

Beomgyu's face flushed and he looked away. He read that while doing his 'research' that day.

"So w-what are we gonna bake today?"

Soobin opened the cupboard and took everything out.

"Brownies"

"I love them"

"I know baby"

"Of course you do"

Both of them smiled at each other before gathering everything they needed to make brownies.

"Did you rent this place for today though?"

"Um... it's my cafe..."

"YOUR WHAT"

"It has always been my dream to have my own cafe so I built this... but I realised I can't bake my whole life so I hired people... I pay monthly visits here but I gave them all a day off today... so we have this place all to ourselves"

"I like this place"

"I like you"

"Okay so what do we have to do first"

Beomgyu said picking up the recipe card. Soobin chuckled and started reading with him. They coordinated everything and managed to make the final batter of the brownies.
