Long Drive

Today was Beomgyu's second date. He came out of the shower and wore the clothes he had chosen before. He wore a simple green cropped shirt and a pair of blue denim shorts. Taehyun hadn't told him where he was taking him apart from telling him that it was going to be a long drive.

Beomgyu fixed his hair and contemplated whether he should put the white bow hair clip on or not. It was small but he loved wearing it.

"What if he thinks I'm weird.... if he likes me then he'll not have a problem with it right?"

He put it on and kept two more in his backpack just in case he loses the one he's wearing. He heard a car honk and quickly put on his sneakers, grabbed his sunglasses and ran out of his apartment.

He was shook the moment he laid his eyes on the car. Taehyun didn't just come to pick Beomgyu up in a red Ferrari Portofino. He slowly walked down the steps and stood in front of the car, still looking at it in awe.

He then saw Taehyun taking off his sunglasses while grinning at him.

"Hey there pretty boy"

"H-Hi... You didn't have to come in such an expensive car..."

"How are we gonna enjoy the long drive then sweetie?"

Beomgyu made an 'o' face, realising that it was indeed a long drive date. He got in the car, extremely excited because he had never been inside a car that even had a sunroof let alone no roof.

Taehyun chuckled at his cuteness and took a sharp turn, driving off. They drove through the city first. It was a whole new experience for Beomgyu. For someone who took the bus everyday, he had never imagined he would get a chance to experience this.

Taehyun kept glancing at him, smiling idiotically, knowing he was mad in love with the boy sitting next to him. They crossed the city and drove along the hilly roads which were quiet and peaceful.

"You can take off your seatbelt"

"I'm gonna fly away with the speed you're driving"

"Trust me.. you're gonna love it"

Beomgyu removed it and felt free. He slowly stood up, holding onto the windshield. The wind hit his face and he smiled. This was one of the best feelings he had ever felt.

Taehyun looked up. The road wasn't bumpy anymore and there weren't any complicated curves or anything which meant he could watch Beomgyu as much as he wanted.

The road was empty as if they were the only ones there. Beomgyu opened his eyes, letting the sunlight blind him. The sun was a little above his view so he looked up straight at it, closing his eyes again.

He sat back down after a while, still smiling from the lingering feeling. Taehyun kept staring at him, making Beomgyu finally look at him.

"Are you trying to kill us?"

"Your beauty is killing me though"

Beomgyu blushed and looked away.

"Don't you have any music?"

"I do.. but I prefer your voice"

This man could never fail to make Beomgyu blush. He turned sideways, staring right at Taehyun.

"You want me to sing?"

"I wasn't planning to make you sing but if you're willing, I'd be delighted"
