Lizabeth Mikaelson

It felt like I was trapped, unable to move. I was hearing someone speak, the voices were fade, I don't know if they were hostile or friendly, all I knew was that the ancestor's whispers had become woeful shrieks that drove me mad. I don't know how long it had been- is this how it felt when my siblings were daggered. Is this how Elijah was feeling?

I was thinking of spells, trying to connect with him but I felt him shut me down, the more I was trying the more I was slipping into darkness more and more, losing contact with my body, when I felt it lifted in a pair of arms, I knew the aroma. It was Niklaus'.

"Thank you for notifying Hayley- Deveraux..." His low voice spoke as I felt him shift me, we were approaching the exit of the Lafayette Graveyard of the French Quarter, the whispers were moving afar. Niklaus was walking smoothly until he used his speed to get me home. I felt the relief of being far from there, I opened my eyes slowly, only to face my younger brother, I tried to speak but I only groaned staring up at him.

"Relax sister..." Klaus placed me on the couch and cracked his wrist open with his fangs and placed his wrist on my mouth, I felt his warm blood heal the physical damage that overtook me. He stroked my hair as I drunk. "What has occurred do you know where Bekah is?" he asked as he removed his wrist.

I shook my head, trying to sit up but he didn't allow me, he place me back by the shoulders and fixed the pillow. "Your heart is still weak- What really happened?" Niklaus asked looking at me.

"Rebekah and I went- at the spot Marcell keeps Elijah- there was this witch." I spoke and I frowned at him trying to remember but I gasped.

"What is wrong?" He asked me, his posture alarmed.

"I can't remember. She wiped my memory- and- and the ancestors- they are angry at me-." I sobbed clutching my forehead. "I can still hear them curse my leaving the city" I said and wiped my eyes to see blood.

"What do you mean-?" he asked me and I simply took his hands and placed them on either side of my forehead and allowed him to hear the whispers just like I was, his eyes looked at me, it was first-seen thing in general. Ancestors used to be my order- my students who fought to keep peace in the French Quarter supernatural world. Now the witches were monitored in their use of magic.

"I have to stop Marcel." I said looking at my brother

"Now, sister, you are using my tongue..." Niklaus responded looking at me. "We could work together if you decide you could get a little bit less Elijah." He spoke looking at me, he took out a napkin from his pocket and cleaned the blood tears that stained my face.

"I am not scheming a genocide or anything that contains bloodshed Niklaus!" I exclaimed and sat better to allow him to take care of me. "Before anything we have to get Lijah" I reminded him with a sigh. "Did you really just gave him away... I know you better than Bekah. Perhaps even better than Elijah himself. I know that behind the diabolical irony there's the actual you..." I speeched out and my hand touched his cheek. He closed his eyes.

"I did not Lizzie... had I known of that little witch I would have never jeopardized his life." Niklaus responded and stroked my hand as it was rested on his cheek. "Your absence in my life was sensed, love. All four of you." He revealed with a heavy sigh.

"You added Kol too" I laughed playfully remembering them when my notification struck my phone was on the table nearby when.

'Everything okay? Haven't heard of you in days A.S.'

"A... S" Niklaus spoke looking at my phone.

"Nik!" I exclaimed louder looking at him taking my phone away.
