"I told you, sir, you can't meet Mr. Jungkook without a proper appointment," the receptionist said firmly.

"Just call him. Give me the phone!" Taehyung demanded, his irritation growing.

"And who are you, Mr.?" the receptionist shot back, unimpressed.

Taehyung, wearing a black cap and glasses, felt his patience wearing thin. "You don't need to know. Just call Jungkook one time."

"Sorry, I can't. Please go outside, or I will have to call security!"

With a sigh, Taehyung removed his glasses and cap. The receptionist's eyes widened in recognition.

"Tae-Taehyung Kim?" she stuttered, disbelief coloring her voice.

"Nice to meet you. Now, can I see Jungkook?" Taehyung asked, his tone softening slightly.

The receptionist, still stunned, fumbled for the phone. "I-I'll call him right away, Mr. Kim. Please, have a seat."

Taehyung nodded, taking a seat in the waiting area, his heart pounding. He glanced around the stylishly modern office, every detail reminding him of Jungkook's impeccable taste. Memories of their time together flooded his mind, design sessions where Jungkook would lose himself in his work, his passion shining through every sketch and fabric choice. It was one of the many things Taehyung admired about him.

"No more coffee, Jungkook," Jimin said, not getting up from his seat as Jungkook kept asking for another cup.

"Okay! One more! Last one!" Jungkook insisted, holding up one finger.

Jimin shook his head, glancing at the five empty coffee cups on the table. "Nope-"

Before he could finish, the phone rang. It was a call from the receptionist on the office landline.

"Yes?" Jimin answered. "What? Who? Taehyung..Taehyung Kim?" Jimin almost shouted.

The name grabbed Jungkook's full attention. He stood up abruptly. "What about him?"

Jimin looked at Jungkook with wide eyes. "He's here to see you!"

"Send him in," Jungkook said, returning to his seat.

Jimin hung up the phone, eyes wide with disbelief. "Is he our model for the next show? Or anything like that? Why is he even here? How??" He fired off questions one after another.

"It's nothing like that," Jungkook mumbled. "We were... good friends."

"GOOD FRIENDS??" Jimin shouted, feeling completely blindsided. How could his boss be good friends with The Taehyung Kim and not mention it? He felt utterly betrayed.

"Keep it down, he'll be here in just a few moments. Go out!" Jungkook said, shushing Jimin.

Jimin glared at his boss, muttering something under his breath as he opened the door to leave.

Standing right in front of him was Taehyung Kim in all his glory.

Jimin couldn't help but gasp. "Hello, sir!" he greeted in a high-pitched voice.

Taehyung nodded, stepping aside to walk inside.

"What do you need?" Jungkook asked, not even offering Taehyung a seat.

"You," came the reply, as Taehyung walked in and sat down.

Taehyung had carefully chosen his outfit today, a simple black t-shirt, casual jeans, and black glasses. He knew he looked incredibly good with his natural blonde hair. It was hard to look away, but Jungkook didn't even glance at him for a few seconds, instead focusing on his computer.
