After the interview, Khrystal met with Buffy as she requested to inform her how the interview went.
"Well, are you the new Chosen One?" Buffy asked Khrystal.
"You must know Giles well," Khrystal remarked.
"As a mother knows her children," Buffy remarked.
"Giles took your bait, hook, line, and sinker."
"Great. I knew he would." Buffy smiles slyly.
"So what's the plan now?"
"You do your training and take out demons," Buffy instructs. "Leave Giles to me!"
As Khrystal left to do her training, Buffy was left to plot her next move on her revenge against Giles.
