Hakuho High School. A school for the children of the rich and famous. Known for exceptional grades, its abundance of amenities, and its illustrious alumni. Drawing students from all around the world, to grace its prestigious halls.

"Have you heard?" One girl asked hushed, her voice a poor attempt at a whisper—as she sat atop a wooden desk, nestled between her two friends. Who waved her to continue, both fascinated and intrigued with what she had to say.

"I heard from one of the teachers that a foreign student is being transferred into our class!" The two gasped, with mouths a gape and eyes shining with excitement. Demanding details, they giggled and grinned at the scarce information their friend could spare, allowing their imaginations to run wild.

"Do you think it's a guy?" One asked, beaming at the thought. The enthralled trio could only hope for a fresh male face. Praying to whatever gods were above for an attractive one at the very least. As their blood ran hot with anticipation, the three eagerly theorized about their new foreign student.

"Maybe he's from England-"

"Or America!"

"Of course you would say that Rina." One giggled, playfully elbowing her friend. "You've always had a thing for white Americans."

"I can't help it something about men with blonde hair, and blue eyes just makes me go ohhhh~" Rina declared, swaying as she shamelessly imagined the boy of her dreams.

"Rina lower your voice!"

"I think those American actors only look like that in the movies and are probably taken in real life."

"I don't care as long as he looks like a young Brad Pitt or Leo Dicaprio I can die a happy woman!" She swooned once more, arms flailing in a less-than-graceful manner as the teen passionately emphasized her point.

Laughing at their helplessly romantic friend, they swiftly continue their discussion regarding all the possibilities concerning their new classmate. Blissfully unaware that their painfully loud conversation had garnered the notice of a teen with dark indigo locks just a few seats over.

Reo sat in his assigned seat next to Nagi, who was sprawled out over his side of the table. His eyes fixated on the screen of his phone, as he tapped away mindlessly at his game. While his purple-haired companion absentmindedly ran his fingers through his hair. Using it to serve as a distraction, to the painfully obvious gossip session that was happening a few feet away from them. But to no avail.
