Chase's heart soared when he pulled away, his lips still tingling from the kiss.
"I'll be ready," he said, his voice full of anticipation. Raj smiled and opened the car door for her. "I'll make sure I'm on my best behavior.
" As Chase slid into the passenger seat, he couldn't help but wonder what the next night would bring.

When they arrived, Raj walked her to the door and his hand on the small of her back sent shivers down her spine once again.
"Tomorrow can't come soon enough," he whispered, his lips brushing her ear. Chase smiled and felt a spark of electricity. "I know exactly what you mean.
" With one last look, Raj turned and walked back to the car, leaving Chase to fall asleep with his heart full of excitement and his mind full of possibilities. The next night came and Chase found himself preparing with extra care, nerves fluttering like butterflies in his stomach.
When the doorbell rang, he took a deep breath and headed to the entrance. Raj stood on his porch, looking dapper in a dark blue suit and tie, with a bouquet of flowers in his hand. "You look stunning," he said, his eyes roaming over her orange harlot. Chase blushed, feeling like a million dollars.
"You don't look that bad either," he replied, taking the flowers from her. As they drove to the restaurant, Chase couldn't help but notice the way the corners of Raj's eyes crinkled when he smiled, or the way his hair curled slightly at the back of his neck. He was in trouble and he knew it. But he couldn't help it. He was falling for the charming hockey star, strong and fast.
