(This isn't my original idea, but I can't remember the original person who came up with this, this is a year after the series ended)

Pim sat alone in their shared apartment, waiting for his boyfriend to come back. It was 11 pm, and no sign of Charlie. Not even the familiar sound of his key scraping the door when he was drunk. He just sat alone, with a gray sweater on him and the glow of the city lights through the window.

It would be 1:24 am when Charlie would finally come home, mysterious stains covering his hoodie. Pim just looked at him. Charlie looked back, half of a scowl and half a tired face. "Hey." Pim's face grew sour, ripping his eyes off of his boyfriend instead of running into his arms. "You're home late."

Charlie didn't respond, just trying to walk away from the smaller critter. "Charlie, why are you avoiding me." Pim demanded, getting up from the couch. Charlie turned back around, facing his boyfriend. "I'm not. I'm just trying to go to bed." This fueled Pim's anger. "You're not answering me. Why were you out so late? Where were you? Talk to me, Charlie."

Pim honestly considered just forgiving him and running into his arms, but he couldn't. He couldn't let Charlie get away with this. "Man, calm down. I told you I'd be out with friends. I'm home now aren't I?" Pim blinked. What made his Charlie act like this?

"Charlie- you can't just leave for 4 hours and pretend like it's okay because you hanged out with your friends. If somethings wrong, tell me." Pim spoke, trying to seem authoritive, but knowing he couldn't. He can't pretend like that. Not like this.

"God dude, can't you just leave me alone for like an hour or something?" Charlie said, retaliating against Pim. "Charlie.." Pim started, feeling a lump in his throat. "What do you mean?" Pim asked, his voice sounding so broken he wanted the floor to swallow him up and take him away.

"I mean that you're just so suffocating. You're clingy and I get that but it's way too much. You need help dude. You're 35, and you're acting like you're some abused cat or whatever." Charlie spat.

He understood that he was clingy. He does need help. But Charlie saying that in that tone hit pim deep. Pim sat back down, backing away from Charlie. "Just get away from me. Do something else for once." Charlie grumbled, walking away and into their shared bedroom.

Pim could feel his chest ache, his face heating up with a deep seated hatred. For him, and for his beloved. Tears came from his eyes as he wept, shaking and hiccuping. He should've never dated him. He should've just stayed single forever.. settling down was a horrible idea.

Hours passed, staring awake at the ceiling. The ache slowly turned into a burning, urging him to act on his hate. And he did. He got his things without waking Charlie, packing it all into 2 suitcases. He put them both by the door, ready to leave. He gazed at his sleeping love, starting to regret this. He sighed, going over to the bedroom and lovingly kissing his nose, careful not to get too many tears on his face. He wrote a short note, though he knew his lover deserved more. He deserved so much more than him.

Tear droplets stained the page as he wrote the simple sentances. He glanced at the clock, seeing the time as 5 am. He wanted to leave before Charlie caught him. He left the bedroom, softly closing the door and taking the two suitcases with him, walking out the door and seeing the light just start to come from the horizon.

He would never see his light ever again.
