Chapter 1: MEET LADY K

[ETHEREAL WINGS HIDEOUT.]
Ethereal Wings' Hideout was hidden deep in the old city’s maze-like alleys, a place full of secrets and danger. I stood at the head of the table in our dimly lit meeting room, feeling the importance of our mission. The single flickering bulb cast eerie shadows, but I stayed focused. Tonight, everything was on the line.
"Demo, you are assigned to guard the system and monitor the happenings outside," I said firmly.
Demo, our tech expert, nodded with determination. I trusted him completely, his skills had saved us many times before. Isa siya sa mga hinahangaan ko na member ng Black Angels.
This time tinignan ko naman si Sapphire. Our agile and fierce combat expert. "Sapphire, you’re coming with me." Her eyes sparkled with excitement, showing she’s ready. Sapphire also, isa sa pinakamalakas na member ng Black Angels. Madalas siya palagi ang nakakasama ko kapag may pupuntahan kaming mga laban.
"Copy, Lady K." she answered.
"and the other members will support us and help us to make this mission successful. Okay?" I said.
"COPY LADY K!" they said together, their voices echoing in the room. It’s a comforting sound, reminding me I'm not alone.
As my instructions sank in, a wave of questions came from the other agents in the room. Mukhang gusto nilang malinawan kung ano ang clear details na mangyayari.
"Yes? Any concerns?" I asked, looking around.
One agent, a young recruit named Alex, spoke up. "When is this transaction?"
I leaned forward, my face serious. "Tonight at 10 PM. At the old building of Villa Corp."
They suddenly looked at each other because of what I said. I called them immediately because I just found out that the big transaction involving the drugs being shipped out of the country is happening tonight. So, kailangan namin silang pigilan sa mga binabalak nila. And of course, alam ko na may kinalaman ang SHADOW SYNDICATE dito.
Ang Shadow Syndicate ay ang matagal na naming kaaway at isa din sa mga may pinakamalaking miyembro ng secret agent kagaya namin. Well, they freely engage in illegal activities because they have many connections, and the leader of that group is Rhett Valemont. He is the son of one of the most influential families here in the Philippines. Kaya mayabang, at walang kinakatakutan kaya nakakapikon na din 'to minsan. Kaya kailangan na mahinto na 'to para maturuan ng leksiyon ang lalaking 'yon.
The old Villa Corp building, once busy with business, was now abandoned and decaying, a perfect spot for illegal deals. Kaya siguro dito nila isasagawa ang transaction dahil maliblib na lugar 'to.
Tinignan ko silang lahat, ""So, prepare yourself," I paused.
"Because tonight, we will crush them." and I smirked.
