Prologue

I Knew you liked me but you're just a coward...

Samuele and Joseph have been friends for a while now, even best buddies... the thing was that Joseph had a crush on Samuele since they first met but yk Samuele always made these homphobic jokes that made him uncomfortable but didn't mind.

-Hey J!! How is it going?- i yelled running towards him with Revyy and Pookie, -Hey...- he sounded off, like something bad happened, -Coglione, what happened- Revyy asked as their usual way, -Samuele has a crush on a girl.-

OH MY GOD. Him? Wasn't he gay? I mean after they accidentally kissed it would've meant something... -No way, i thought he was bi, i mean after...- Joseph cutted off Pookie signing he didn't want to talk about it. Well we can't force him. But seeing him like that sounds unfair, like do something. Talk about it to him, it's not cool when you have to suffer seeing you best friend hitting on another person...

After we videocalled all four of us because Nat like always was busy, -J, you gotta do something about it. LIKE you can't let him get away with that-
-But it's hard, and... i want him to be happy-
-He has a point Ax- Revyy said, goddamn it... but still, it wasn't fair.

-What about we set you up on a secret date and you talk about it- Pookie suggested, -I-It doesn't sound that bad...- he stuttered, what a bottom bitch. The two of us agreed immediately, he could have a chance. -It's a shame if you don't at least try, there is a chance he likes you back. Maybe she was just his sister, cousing or idk...- i said eating a bag of chips covering my mouth, -Fine okay, i'm in.- the three of us were full with joy.

The evening before, we met at the park near my house and set up everything, table, chairs, decorations. Nobody really goes there so it was safe enough.

The next day after school we quietly went there to check if everything was alright, Samuele was always with his red shirt and jeans while Joseph was a bit more elegant? I think so... anyway i hate Samuele; The two guys sat down and started talking, at some point Joseph started getting weirder and weirder, Samuele noticed it and asked -What's wrong bro? Is everything okay?- Joseph nodded and took a deep breath while rubbing the back of his neck. -Umh... Samuele there's something i gotta tell you. Very important...-
-Sure go on-
-I like you...-
-WHAT? No, I refuse to belive it. You're just fucking around right?-
-No, Samuele i'm serious. Stop making everything a joke, be mature for once.-
-I-I don't like you back...- It wasn't true, i noticed how Samuele was blushing all time, -Just like that? Not even an hint of compassion? Wow.- Joseph sounded and was disappointed. -Joseph you don't understand, what about my reputation? What about my friends?-
-So all that matters to you are your reputations and your so called "friends"? What a fucking coward, what about my feelings? You don't care about me?- he blurted out, -I didn't mean--
