Riddhima was wandering inside the house to meet Vansh's grandmother. Shankar asked her a question about marrying Vansh, but she didn't reply to him. She frantically walked outside her room to meet Vansh's grandmother.
She noticed a light on the first floor in Gayathri's study room, a prohibited area. She walked towards it as Mystica halted her. But Riddhima's explanation made Mystica walk along with her. The door was wide open as both entered, witnessing Gayathri standing close to the portrait. Hearing the footsteps, Gayathri ordered them to get inside.
"Heard that both have visited this room already, haven't you?" Gayathri asked in her composed voice.
"Yes! We have visited," Mystica boldly answered.
"Have you come inside again to steal anything?" Gayathri voiced out as Riddhima gave an unbelievable look.
"No, I wanted to ask you something. First, you didn't like my closeness with Vansh. But now you are interested in my marriage. What is the sudden change?" Riddhima interrogated.
"Yes, your prediction is correct. I changed for my generation to prosper," Gayathri said, creating a baffled feeling inside Riddhima and Mystica.
"Prosper!" Mystica made a fake joke.
"You are Niya, aren't you?" Mystica spoke as Riddhima gestured for her to be silent.
"No, I am not Niya. I wanted my generation in the fire clan to get powers, and it will happen because of you, Ms. Riddhima Malhotra," Gayathri announced.
"So, if I marry Vansh, then the child born to us will have the power of fire and water," Riddhima uttered.
"No, the child will emerge with the power of fire, earth, and water," Gayathri announced, reminding Riddhima that Vansh has fire and earth powers.
"You are selfish," Mystica retorted.
"Yes, I am. I am ready to do anything for my family," Gayathri stated as Mystica's phone ringtone made her go out of the room.
Riddhima was dreading standing with this old killer lady alone. She diverted her gaze by focusing on the portrait. The portrait made her open her mouth.
"Did you have an abundance of love for Vansh's grandfather?" Riddhima asked, examining the portrait.
"Yes, but he loved the friendship of Ravi Malhotra than the love for his wife. But your grandfather betrayed us," Gayathri fumed.
"No, my grandfather wouldn't do that," Riddhima's supporting voice made Gayathri chuckle angrily.
"My husband was lying lifeless in his blood with ten bullets in his body. Your grandfather even agreed that he shot him," Gayathri roared, making Riddhima flinch.
"You had enmity with the Water clan. So you killed my family. Why did you kill Vihaan?" Riddhima questioned.
Gayathri wasn't appalled, as she assumed that Riddhima must have known the information from Shankar.
"He was fragile. He supported the Water clan. He believed that Ravi Malhotra didn't kill my husband. He is insane as he was raised by his cunning mother," Gayathri denoted, making Riddhima furious.
"What about that closet?" Riddhima pointed in that direction, where she had found the old family photos.
"Is that a closet?" Gayathri gave a puzzled look.
"Come on, enough of acting. You gave Vansh three files from this closet, didn't you?" Riddhima queried, baffling Gayathri.
"But it was from this closet," Gayathri pointed in the opposite direction.
