" 𝗛𝗔𝗠𝗜𝗟𝗧𝗢𝗡 𝗜𝗦 𝗙𝗨𝗖𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗣𝗘𝗔𝗞. "the birds chirped a soft tune, watching a group of students walk. shuffled but not very bunched, the soft slurps of milk from her brother became the only sound that followed after her statement. she didn't like how quiet it got; it was a valid point.
six-fifteen displayed on her home screen. it had been a week since her and oikawa's summed up the situation they were in. although it made her heart swell in the moment, it was over in minutes when mina found a soft piece in her mind and harbored inside of it.
she couldn't be happy with oikawa if the sheer thought of hurting the one person who was there for her at her lowest was constantly in her head. if she could be there for her lows, then why would she risk her not being there for her highs.
it was tough. she was starting to look away from her eyes each day.
" that's definitely a take... " just when she felt those thoughts creeping up, nishinoya took it away with his... what do they call it? hating tendencies.
" you like the new descendants. that's all i'm going to say to you. " she replied with an eye roll, hurrying her pace when the school came into view.
" wait- what's wrong with the new descendants? " yamaguchi asked, butting into their conversation.
" everything. " hinata and y/n rushed out, she turned around and sent a nod to the orange haired boy." i thought it was good... " yamaguchi said and tightened his hands around his backpack's straps.
" that's because you haven't watched the old ones. "stopping in her tracks, nishinoya hit her back from the abrupt stop and groaned. " bro! "
ignoring the shorter boy, she turned around with a face of betrayal. " you haven't watched the old descendants?... " nishinoya rubbed his gut while she walked back down the concreted hill to the green haired boy.
" well- i- i got too caught up- "
" no... no. you had time. " waving her hand, she looked away from the male and shook her head like a disappointed mother. " that's it, tonight all of you are coming over to watch all the descendants. "
" did you even ask mom? " kageyama asked with his usual stoic mug, his arms shuffling by his side.
" i'll ask her later. " she reassured her brother and looked at the tall blonde who was surprisingly walking beside kageyama. " you're coming too, nobody is missing the marathon. " tsukishima smacked his lip, digging into his pockets to shield his cold fingers away.
" i'm good- "
" kei tsukishima what did i just say? " earning a bunch of oo's from their fellow friends, she pointed her finger near his chin and raised an eyebrow. " that's what i thought. " corking her lips into a soft grin, she turned around on her heels and walked up the hill.
tanaka caught up to her quickly, staying to her right and messing with people's fences. " you better have food, i don't watch anything without some cheesy balls. " and once again they paused on the mountain like hill in disbelief.
it seemed like all of them looked at tanaka with the same face. lips creased up, eyes stationed to look him up and down. it didn't take him long to realize his mistake. " bro pause! " he yelled and rubbed his forehead. " y'all knew what i was talking about. "
" i didn't, i thought you just randomly came out the closet man. " nishinoya rested his hand on his shoulder and held back his laughter with his other, the small snickers made her lip quiver, the silent but almost audible laugh in her throat threatened to fall with each step they took.
