Introduction

Hi,

Thank you for choosing to read this book, whatever the reason may be. Decided to write this as a way to pass time because I've been really bored recently - I've managed to gather so many ideas and I'm excited to see if I can write it up well! Let's hope I stay consistent.

I've noticed not many actual books are about English football, they're all mainly about rugby i.e American football. So I'm going to change that using the help of our amazing current English football team. Since it's a fanfiction, I haven't tagged all the players because I don't want to give any hints about who is involved, so you're just gonna have to wait and see.

Shout out to the English team who made it to the finals this year, not like they're reading this lmaooo, but either way got me inspired so thanks guys.

Feel free to imagine the characters differently, I'll just be using their names and won't attach any photos so be as creative as you wish. I'm lowkey just lazy and can't be bothered to make up a whole new football team when I can just use an existing one. Oh well.

So just as a disclaimer, the way I portray these characters are made up / fiction. It's not an indicator of how I think they are, how they act in reality, nor is it the truth. It's all made up for the purpose of the book.

There may also be some vulgar language (and by vulgar I mean, like swearing) but other than that, gonna keep it kind of clean just because I want to keep the respect there. Don't wanna make anyone uncomfortable. If there are scenes which may trigger anyone when I write them up, I'll make sure to add a Warning or give a heads-up in the chapter so that you can skip it or read it at your discretion.

I'll try post regularly but no promises haha. Also, feel free to comment and vote (might motivate me slightly - hopefully) no blackmail intended.

My writing can be quite slow in the beginning, kinda struggle to start the story off but should be fine once I've settled into the first few chapters so please do forgive me.
