Lana's alarm rang out on her phone she rolled over, searching for it, her eyes closed and heavy with sleep. She fumbled around and then accidentally knocked it off the nightstand. "What are ye doin?" Filip asked her, half asleep, her phone still beeping away somewhere underneath his bed. "Fuck my life, I can't find it, it's gone under your bed" she mumbled, she reached down trying to grab it and then fell with a thump on the floor "oww, mother fucker" she grumbled. "Shite, are you okay, baby?" He asked in between laughter. "It's not funny" she pouted grumpily as she grabbed the phone and silenced it. She thought about his point of view right now, her sat naked on the floor, hair a mess from sleep, no makeup on, barely awake and she started laughing, "maybe it is a bit funny" she giggled. She climbed back into bed and snuggled up next to him, "don't get too comfy, yer gonna be late for work" he mumbled as he kissed her head. "Five more minutes won't hurt" she replied, almost instantly falling back to sleep in the safety of Filip's arms.

Eventually she dragged herself up out of bed and headed into the bathroom to get ready for work. Only a few weeks ago Lana was close to ending things with Filip because of those stupid croweaters, but now here she was in the bathroom of his apartment, half of the cabinet pretty much belonged to her and her products, they spent as much time together as possible, she was more comfortable around the club now and best of all she rarely saw her mom. Once ready she made her way into the open plan kitchen/lounge area, Filip had just poured her a coffee and was checking through his mail. "Will you be around for dinner tonight?" She asked him as she pulled her shoes on. "Aye I think so, why what're ye thinkin?" He asked. "I wanna make you something" she shrugged. "Ye wanna cook for me? What're tryna get wifed up?" He chuckled. "You'd have to divorce your actual wife first" she said flatly, rolling her eyes, unable to hide her bitterness, "but no I wanna show you I appreciate everything you do for me, like the rides to work and letting me spend the night and stuff." "Ye don't have ta thank me, I do that because I love ye?" He said confused, "but if ye wanna cook for me I won't say no." She smiled up at him, he was so sweet. "I love you" she said as she wrapped her arms around his neck and kissed him, he kissed her back intensely and then abruptly stopped, "c'mon, it's time te go" he teased her. "No fair" she whined. He turned around and put his hand around her throat, pushing her backwards towards the wall, "did ye just talk back to me?" He growled playfully. Her eyes were wide with excitement, he always knew exactly how to turn her on, "sorry, daddy" she whispered. "Good girl" he muttered in her ear and he kissed her forehead softly. He released her and headed towards the door. "Filip, you bastard! You can't turn me on like that and then walk away" she said to him, he looked at her and winked, "I can do whatever I like, you're mine, Bambi."

Chibs pulled into the parking lot and walked his bike back into line with his brothers' bikes. Halfsack and Lowell were fighting in the boxing ring, he grabbed a beer, took a seat and watched them. The new girl, Cherry was there watching halfsack, he'd hoped a new girl around would take some of the heat off of Lana, except this made it worse, Cherry was a long-standing sweetbutt from Nevada, she'd had to earn her way into the clubhouse, the croweaters were accepting of her because of that. Soon Clay headed over and told Lowell to get back to work, they started talking about street fighting and whether they could make any money off of it. Between them they decided to fix the match and have sack throw the match in the last round to make them enough money to pay their debt to the Irish. "You're training him" Clay ordered Chibs. "And you," he pointed at Sack, "no weed, no booze, no pussy." Half sack started complaining as Bobby led Cherry out towards his bike, he'd been instructed to lay it on thick with Cherry and see if she was actually all about the prospect. The thought of Clay ordering something like that with Lana made him feel sick, if any of his brothers so much as looked at her for too long he'd get violent, thankfully his years committed to the club bought him some trust and no one doubted his decision to be with Lana. "Get back te jumpin rope, prospect" he yelled. He spent the rest of the day hanging out with his brothers and ordering the prospect around, a pretty standard day. He checked his phone 3:28pm, he had about 15 minutes until he had to leave to pick Lana up, he saw her pretty much everyday but he still looked forward to it every time, she had no work tomorrow too which meant they could spend the day together, that was all too rare for the both of them. "You headed out?" Jax asked him as they sat in the hot sun watching halfsack train. "Aye, in about 15 minutes" he said. "The waitress?" Jax queried. "Aye, you can use her name ye know" he chuckled. "How's that going, man?" Jax asked him as he pulled out a smoke. "I can't believe it but it's good, really good" he confessed. "You guys serious?" Jax asked, offering him the pack. Chibs accepted a smoke as he answered "We're not kids, Jackie, I've not asked her to be my girlfriend or shite like that." Jax raised an eyebrow at him, "well, you ain't a kid anyway..." he laughed, "nah but seriously man, you gonna ask her to be your old lady?" Chibs took a deep drag on his cigarette, contemplating what that would look like. "I don't know" he said, running a hand through his hair, "I love her, she's fuckin perfect, but..." Jax looked at him quizzically, "but what? This life is fucking short bro, if you find someone you love that loves you back, shit you gotta go with that" he stated. "Aye, it's just, this life, I don't know, the thought of something happening to her because of me, or her getting caught up in shit" he confessed. "Listen man, that kinda shit is gonna happen here with or without you being official, might as well be official and be there to protect her" Jax said. "Why're ye so interested in whether Lana and I are official anyway?" He asked Jax, changing the subject. Jax shrugged, "I've never seen you happy like this before" he shared, "anyway I gotta go, I'm heading over to St Thomas to see Abel" he patted Chibs on the shoulder as he stood up and started towards his bike. "See ya, Jackie" he said as he turned his attention back to Halfsack to see how he was getting on.
