Victoria Gilmore, also known as Tori to the small New England town of Stars Hollow was writing out her day's to do list in pastel purple ink.
Lorelai had named Victoria after herself, sort of. Victoria was Lorelai's middle name and bestowed it on Victoria. Lorelai had named Victoria's twin sister, Rory, after herself though.

After filling out today's to do list, she set her pen to the side and looked out the window on her right.

The door opened and Rory walked in and asked, "Have you seen my Macy Gray CD?"
"No," Victoria replied.
She liked to think that she was the most organized one compared to Rory, and their mother. Well, Rory was organized too, but Victoria had kept a planner, to do lists, and she was sure she had way more to do lists than Rory, or the fact that Victoria's bookshelf under her window, which she used as a makeshift window seat, was organized in alphabetical order, just like her CDs or cassette tapes when she listened to her walkman.
