Coincidence ☆ Gyuricky ff

"Ricky talk with me outside," the teacher said.

Everyone watched as Ricky walked out the classroom as the teacher closed the classroom door.

"Ricky. It's only your second day here, yet you're trying to ditch class."

Ricky stayed silent. "Answer me Ricky. Did you try skipping class?" the teacher demanded.

"He didn't try ditching," Gyuvin timidly said. He had sneaked out behind the teacher to try and save Ricky from the punishment.

"Kim Gyuvin. What do you think you're doing out here? On top of that you're talking back??" the teacher yelled angrily while pointing his index finger. "Both of you. Stand outside the classroom."

The teacher walked back into the classroom, and all the students went back to looking at the front of the classroom or down at their desks.

Gyuvin wanted to argue, but he knew it would do more harm than good, so he kust sighed and followed the teacher's orders. Ricky had been staring at Gyuvin with a different look than his normal cold face. Gyuvin noticed and Ricky quickly looked away.

"Why did you do that... Now you are getting punished too," Ricky said, looking at the opposite direction from where Gyuvin was standing.

"I couldn't help it, the way he was yelling at you without knowing the truth," Gyuvin answered, looking at Ricky who's ears were red.

"Then.. could you tell me what happened to your face?" Gyuvin asked.

Ricky looked at Gyuvin, but quickly looked away, trying to hide his bruises and cuts. "I just fell.." Ricky mumbled.

"But if you had 'fell' wouldn't you have put your hands out to protect yourself? That's basic instinct," Gyuvin said. He gasps and adds, "Or could it be that you fell for me?" The taller laughs while looking at Ricky. "It's just a joke!"

"Jokes are meant to be funny.."

"Yea it was funny! To me."

Gyuvin could feel that the first layer of ice between them had cracked. 'Yes! Plan is back in motion!'

After class

"...So yea that's why I had to stand outside the classroom for the whole time with Ricky." Gyuvin was telling his friends about what had happened this morning.

"I don't think he fell," Taerae said.

"Yeah me too. Do you think we should tell Hanbin about this..?" Gunwook asked.

"Ask me about what?" Hanbin said, which scared the crap out of the group of friends.

"Huh- Uh.. Nothing!" Yujin stuttered.

The other three friends agreed and Hanbin left them alone.

"I don't have the courage to tell him..." Gunwook said.

They all look at Gyuvin. "Why are you looking at me- No.. Don't tell me that I should tell Hanbin.."

The thee nod their in unison slowly.

"Well I mean you're the one who found out about this first..." Yujin said.

"Yeah, and didn't you say you wanted to become closer with Ricky?" Taerae added.

'I don't remember telling them about this... Oh well...'

"I'll tell him later. I'm going to go to the infirmary to get bandages for Ricky's cuts on his face."

Gyuvin walks to the infirmary, but he hears Zhang Hao's voice and... Ricky's?

'I shouldn't eavesdrop...' Gyuvin starts walking away but the devil on his shoulder said 'It's okay! You're here for bandages! But it's rude to walk into someone's conversation... Just wait outside until they leave! Might as well listen in while waiting'

Gyuvin walked to the doorway, but away from eye's view inside the infirmary.

"Rickyyy... You should've defended yourself.. Look at yourself now!" Zhang Hao said.

'Defend? What's going on? Did Ricky tell Zhang Hao what happened?' Gyuvin peeked inside and saw Zhang Hao put a bandage on Ricky's face. Gyuvin felt a weird feeling.. Like he wished he was Zhang Hao right now.

"You don't have to worry about me so much Hao. But thanks for caring." Ricky smiled.

That smile... Again... Gyuvin couldn't stand here anymore. He turned around, and almost fell back at the sight of Hanbin. Hanbin placed his hand on Gyuvin's mouth, mouthing him to be quiet. Hanbin dragged Gyuvin's arm away from the infirmary, into an empty hallway.

"I- Hanbin how long were you there.. I wasn't spying! I promise!" Gyuvin said.

Hanbin was looking out the window in the hallway. "It's okay if you were spying on them. I was too. I saw you standing outside the infirmary and sneaked behind you to see what you were so concentrated on. I regretted it soon after though."

"Do you think they're in a relationship?" Gyuvin questioned.

Hanbin turned his head quickly to look at Gyuvin. "Ayee.. Don't joke around about this stuff."

"No, I'm serious.. I mean, they've been childhood friends for a while and had a big gap in their friendship, but reunited. Don't you think they would have some feelings to each other..?"

Hanbin was silent, still staring at Gyuvin. There was a moment of silence.

"To be honest.. what I saw in the infirmary... hurt. I... like Zhang Hao." Hanbin confessed.
