beginning.
AUGUST 2020.
something flying toward hyunsus face made him stop walking, and sending you to bump into him. looking up at hyunsu, you noticed he was looking at the thing that flew at his face, it hit something aside of you both instead of hyunsu. looked like some sort of blade.
"oh, my goodness, that was close." some stranger said, walking up to you and your brother. "i don't know how that flew all the way over here." he motioned with his hands to the blade of some sort.
"i'm sorry. this isn't my job." the stranger apologized, glancing at you. "but they said nobody else could work on the weekend."
"people here think security guards are slaves or something." he continued, looking back at the blade and walking over to grab it. "well, anyway.."
'oh, so he's a security guard..' you thought.
"excuse me." the stranger grabbed the blade with a little struggle. "i haven't seen you two before. what brings you here?"
you looked up at hyunsu, expecting him to respond. to which he did.
"we moved." he said quietly. "what? i can't hear you, can you speak louder?" the stranger said.
"we moved here." you said for hyunsu, louder than him. "moved?" the stranger looked at you both, when you began to follow hyunsu as he started walking away.
"ah, i heard someone was moving into room 1410. i guess that's you guys." the stranger slightly chuckled. you and hyunsu stopped walking when he spoke again. "are you both living together? no parents?"
"yes." hyunsu mumbled. "what? i can't hear you." the stranger said.
"we're living together." hyunsu said a little louder, turning to the security guard. "right." the security guard nodded.
"she's your sister?" the stranger asked again. 'jeez, does this guy never stop asking questions?' you thought.
"yeah." you answered, not looking at the stranger. you and hyunsu walked away after that, and arrived at room 1410. —- it had been a little while since then. hyunsu had left for a while, so you were left alone to do whatever. eventually you heard some talking outside before hyunsu opened the door.
hyunsu walked in and tried to close the door but a hand stopped him, making hyunsu turn around the person revealed to be the security guard, you saw it through the small creak of the door from behind hyunsu.
