Loud persistent buzzing woke you up. Katsuki's alarm ringing into the air before the sun even came up. Light only graces a handful of the living room. He was already slapping his hand on his phone when you woke up. Eyes were still fuzzy from sleep as you watched him lift his head from your chest, where he was sleeping peacefully the night before. He tilted to read his phone, eyes squinting before he pulled his arm out from under your waist so he could rub his eyes awake, keeping a hand on his phone as he tried to focus.

"Work?" you mumbled.

"Yeah," his voice was deep and rough from sleep. With his eyes still refusing to focus he pulled entirely from you, making your arms slip from his neck and down to your sides before you propped yourself up on your elbows. He leaned back into the couch despite your leg being between him and it, your other leg resting on his lap.

You looked around the room slightly, trying to get a grasp on the time, "What do they want this early?"

"E' just wants to go on a run," he set his phone back down, running his hand over his face and through his hair. Both still riddled with sleep. Hair practically dented in from how he was sleeping on you, his face covered in fabric marks from your shirt. You faintly noticed him zoning out on the TV, something he often did in the mornings. You ran your hand over his arm to zone him back in.

He looked down at you softly, eyes warming with the sun. "What?" you whispered shyly.

"You sure you're gonna be okay?" he rested his hand on the knee that was laid over his lap.

It was Tuesday, the official day he was supposed to go back into work. A week since the incident. "Yeah," you nodded, "You need to be a hero for more than just me, they need your help after all."

His eyes softened even more, if that's possible, as he looked down at you.

Riddled with embarrassment, you pushed yourself fully up, legs still drawn over his lap as you lightly shoved him with your hand, "Stop looking at me like that," you spoke in a slightly higher tone, flustered from his look. His eyes always spoke volumes over his voice, even though he was rather loud.

"Am I not allowed to look at you?" he shot back.

"You are-," you muttered, looking down, "Just not like- that."

"Hm?" he hummed for you to elaborate, something you were not going to do. Your eyes tried to find something to focus on, only landing on him. "How do I look at you?" he pushed for an answer once he realized you weren't going to add anything.

You pushed again at his arm, "Stop teasing me Kats, you know how."

"Do I?"

You rolled your eyes, "You're such a pain in the ass," you pinched at his arm.

"Nah," you looked up to catch his smirk. Despite being sexually, and somewhat romantically, recluse this entire relationship, he's been teasing you any moment he could once he got the watch. It wasn't like he never teased before, but it was ten times worse now.

His eyes were a vibrant red as he looked down at you, tracing your features over and over again until he landed on your lips. Your spine straightened at the notice, aware of how close you were to him, his arm was only a hand length away. His eyes flicked back to your eyes, asking for permission to push closer. Your eyes fell to his as you leaned closer, giving him all the permission he needed.

One peck turned into two kisses before your hands moved over to him, one hand grabbing onto his bicep as the other grabbed onto his cheek to kiss him deeper. His hand stayed on your knee as his other reached for your waist, tugging- no pulling you closer. Gentle as watched for your wounded side, gripping onto your hip more than your waist. Hands gripped onto you and pulled until you straddled his lap.
