### Morning: Aina woke up in her old bedroom, the familiar surroundings both comforting and alien after eight long years. She sat up, rubbing the sleep from her eyes, and looked around. The room seemed untouched, a preserved fragment of her past life. Yet, something felt off.
As she moved through the house, memories flooded back, each corner holding whispers of her childhood. Her fingers brushed against the old wooden banister as she descended the stairs, each step creaking in the silence. The scent of her mother's cooking wafted through the air, a reminder of the warm, bustling mornings of her youth.
In the kitchen, her mother, Rukhsana, was busy preparing breakfast. The clatter of pots and pans and the sizzle of food in the pan created a comforting symphony. Rukhsana turned and smiled warmly as Aina entered the room.
"Good morning, sweetheart. Did you sleep well?" Rukhsana asked, her eyes filled with concern and love.
Aina forced a smile. "Yes, Mom. It was strange at first, but it's good to be back."
