Melanie Martinez SA Allegations

I'm a Melanie Martinez fan, I wouldn't say i'm a new fan nor would I say i'm a old old one, I did listen to her album "Crybaby" a year after when I was young and didn't research about my artist lives. I have recently been hearing the SA allegations Melanie has been accused from Timothy, I've seen many videos on it to learn about what's seemingly what happend, I personally don't like when people don't believe the victims but I have to be more suspicious on the internet because it is the internet, i'm not saying Timothy is lying, nor am I saying Melanie is lying, I feel like these allegations (for me personally) have to be taken with a grain of salt. I'm not saying all this to "protect" Melanie or because i'm still a fan, i'm saying this because i'm a believer of "there's two sides of the story" And I feel as though Melanie's response was a poor one regarding the allegations. (And didn't explain much) I feel as though people are upset and mad at the fact in Melanie's response tweet she regarded Timothy's response to what they did that night as "she never said no" which proves that yes they did do something that night, I feel as though Melanie hasn't thought her response through because "she never said no" tactic is seen as an excuse to justify what happend that night, all though she also could have meant as miscommunication for the consent, all though Timothy does state that she repeatedly said no to the offer and said Melanie kept begging for her to say yes, but still went through with it anyway without her saying yes. No one can really prove that she said no or yes, or maybe not even nothing at all obviously. Timothy also states she didn't push her off because it was her best friend. I feel as though Melanie's silence is not making her look good what so ever but I'm on no one one's side until she's proven guilty, and I know many people might disagree and say i'm doing this because i'm a fan or because women can't do crimes like this but I do believe women can do the same horrible crimes as any man and just because i'm her fan doesn't mean i'm gonna support her if it's all true. I hope Melanie's response is much more thought out and she puts out her side of the story instead of ignoring it. I do not tolerate any hate going towards Timothy nor Melanie, and I hope this all ends soon and the truth comes out. (please don't be disrespectful if you disagree with me, it's all my opinion.)
