One and half year
1990
VATICAN CITY
Namjoon put his suitcase on one side and went inside the private room. It had been a year since he had been visiting High Priest in the hospital. The man's condition was much better. The doctors had said that he would be out of coma soon. He was showing signs.
But Namjoon's visit this time was different. He was here to say a final goodbye.
He was leaving the Vatican City and going back to Korea. To his family - his parents.
After saying his final goodbye, Namjoon was about to turn around when he saw the High Priest's lips moving.
This was the first in one and a half year.
A miracle?
"Ju - Ju - Jung - Koo -"
Namjoon called for the doctors and nurse and stood by the High Priest.
"High Priest? This is Father Kim," Namjoon whispered and the man opened his eyes.
The nurse came to check and ran away to inform the main doctor.
"Nam - where are they? Catch them - Jun - Tae - catch -"
Namjoon understood.
That was the last memory High Priest had of them.
The doctors came running and checked the High Priest but the man insisted on talking to Namjoon only.
Finally - after giving him some calming medicines - the doctors and nurse left.
"Where are they? Tell me Namjoon -"
Namjoon licked his lips, "I don't know."
Liar.
He knew where they were.
"I only know that - they got married and have a baby girl together -"
The High Priest looked like he was going back in coma.
"No - no - she can't be born. She can't be - Namjoon -"
Namjoon sat clueless, "What are you saying? They already have a daughter. It was a shock to them when they found out that Tae was a special male. But the pregnancy was easy. They have named the girl Freya - after the - girl -"
The High Priest shivered hearing that name, "I know - I know after who - she can't be born - "
"Why do you say that?" Namjoon asked curious.
High Priest gulped and glanced at Namjoon with fear in his eyes, "Because - she - she is the devil. I have known this since long. I found a prophecy she was reading. It was about her."
