4. The Rose

Spark's pov:

On the next day me and all the students who had given the speech were called on the stage and we all stood in a semi circle position . Our principle was standing in the middle . I observed my surroundings and there 12 students in the semi circle and the principle started announcing the name of the headgirl and headboy .
But as she was announcing the names i saw Rhys coming from the side stage..and he was coming to my direction...he had a rose in his hand ..he was coming near ....near ...so near...as he stopped infront of me..everything around me stopped aswell ...it was a really close encounter with him . i couldnt hearmwhat the principle was saying ..my eyes were locked into his ..and so does his eyes. My heartbeat rose..as he moved his hands forward " for you" he said with a gentle deep voice while handing me the rose .

My eyes widened. " So..Spark is our new headgirl of the student council . The head of our school management team Rhys may honor her with the rose ."The principal announced and here ..i was all flustered . I took the rose ." Thank you" i said with a polite and gentle voice. I can't help but feel the butterflies in my stomach take flight. The clapping of the crowd fades into the background as I stand there, rose in hand, his eyes locked onto mine., a flush creeping up my cheeks as I processes the unexpected turn of events.

End of the pov.

The day had flown by,the batches and duties were given and soon it was time for the P.E. period. Spark and her friend decided to sit on the school's staircase,and then with her eyes closed, Spark began singing her favorite song,
Chaar Kadam flowed from her lips, the sweet melody enveloping the staircase as Spark lost herself in the harmonies. She swayed gently, her voice rising and falling with the emotions in the song.Unbeknownst to SN , she had caught the attention of someone nearby. RJ had been walking past when he heard her singing. He paused and leaned against the wall, quietly listening to SN's soulful voice. The smile on his face grew wider with each note she sang.When the last verse ended, SN opened her eyes, a blissful expression still painted on her face. She didn't notice RJ standing there until he moved, the sound of his footsteps echoing on the stairs. she saw him going towards the music room hallways .

Her eyes widened for the 2 time in a day " don't tell me he was here the whole time ...while i was singing like a joker " she said to her friend. " umm..sorry but i didnt noticed..maybe he was just passing by " her friend said with a confused look. And soon the period got over.

Author's note : i know it's a very small chapter but don't worry i will upload ch 5 soon and ch 5 gonna be .......no spoilers hehe ~~but it's gonna be awesome!
