I am trying to update at least one chapter per week but I feel I am heading towards a writer's block of sorts. I know what I want to focus on but it seems like too much of an info dump. I hope this update keeps you all satisfied for a bit. I might try a filler chap.

As Percy spoke each name Khaos gave a small nod in acknowledgement.

With the utterance of the final name and a concluding hum of acknowledgment, Khaos rose from xyr throne. Xe, with xyr towering 15-foot form now transformed into a more human-like stature of 6.3 feet. Xyr otherworldly purplish-black complexion shifted gracefully to a deep chocolate brown hue. Adorned not in xyr usual black robes, but in a black suit complemented by a purple shirt, Khaos now appeared remarkably human in guise.

"Let us go", xe said approaching Percy, who couldn't seem to comprehend and just looked at him with a confused expression.

"I am merely fulfilling your request child. Did you not wish they were not under pressure to oblige. I am sure they would have an easier time denying a mere messenger than denying the creator.", Khaos spoke xe eyes twinkling and Percy could feel his lips curl up in contentment ever so slightly.

"Also, I do believe it is better for you to be present to ensure yourself that any agreement is wholly their choice and any display of power play.", Khaos spoke gently. Percy stared at Khaos unsure how to respond. It wasn't that he did not trust Khaos, it was that he did not trust power, and Khaos had that in abundance. The thought that, a part of that abundant power would soon course through his veins sent a shiver of dread and anticipation down his spine.

Not trusting his voice, Percy nodded his agreement. Placing his hand into Khaos's awaiting one. He prepared himself.

The two stopped outside the gates of Elysium.

"Do you wish to be involved or merely a spectator", Khaos questioned xyr chosen.

Percy thought for a moment, and decided it was better for him to be a mere spectator until they made a decision that was not influenced by his presence.

So the two walked through the gates of Elysium, only one of them visible, the other present but not corporeal.

Percy watched on a Khaos introduced xemself as a messenger. Explaining the Mythics and subdivisions. Offering an invite to save the universe. Xe did not entice them with power or pry on their emotions by speaking of family in the living land.

"Yes", a voice that Percy had not heard for so long, spoke. His gaze shifted from Khaos to the source of the voice. His eyes stared at the familiar face, the sharp jawline, the clear blue eyes, and sandy blonde hair. He looked so similar and yet so different. Maybe because there was no longer a scar that ran along his face. Maybe because his eyes no longer held the coldness and his lips no longer twisted in a sneer. Percy shook away the thoughts listening intently, as they each agreed, just as he knew they would. He did not know how to truly feel about their agreement.

Percy could feel Khaos' voice in his head seeking his permission to reveal his own presence. Preparing himself for their onslaught of questions, Percy agreed. The deceased stared at him in shock. The first to react was Kyle who flung himself into his brother's arms. Percy was most certain the boy would have tears in his eyes if he were alive. The next to wrap around him was Luke, who encircled his arms around both Percy and Kyle. The others took that as a cue to join in on the group hug. Ethan and Zoe were the last, and had to be pulled in by Castor and Silena. It was the first time Percy had felt alive after he had died. A selfish part of his brain was happy they had agreed.
