"You've got this!" Woozi encouraged the man sitting in front of him.
"Exactly, don't worry much." Wonwoo nodded.
"Yeah, I'll not encourage you by saying 'Hyung do well!'" Mingyu chuckled, "Instead, I'll say, Dr. Yoon, you'll definitely ace this case."
"Thank you, guys." Jeonghan picked up the file, "I'll go now. I've to meet the advocate, Mr. Hong."
"Advocate?" Woozi raised a brow, "Why though? Wasn't the patient's case closed when he was found guilty?"
"Just like I'm appointed legally, the advocate is appointed legally as well." Jeonghan explained, "To assist me through all the matters. I've to consider talking to him at every new step I make in the treatment, and he'll be reporting the legal accuracy to the authorities just like I'll be reporting the medical report."
"This case is too sensitive." Wonwoo remarked.
"All the best, hyung." Mingyu nodded.
"Thanks, I'll go now." Jeonghan declared as he left the cabin. He made his way to the parking lot, took his car and reached a nearby cafe where the meeting was fixed.
"Table no. 17." Jeonghan read the information through his phone as he reached the desired table, only to witness another man already sitting there.
"Mr. Hong, right?" Jeonghan recognised, "Dr. Yoon Jeonghan." He put forward his hand.
"Advocate Joshua Hong." He shook Jeonghan's hand as both of them took their seats and ordered coffee for them.
"I think it was a nice idea to meet personally before beginning our official journey." Jeonghan stated.
"Right." Joshua nodded with a small smile, "So, Dr. Yoon, what do you feel like while having the task of providing therapy to a person who's charged for killing his own parents?"
Jeonghan let out a brief chuckle, "I'm sorry Mr. Hong, but my profession doesn't allow me to judge my patients based on their actions."
"Then on what basis are you going to proceed your treatment if you're not going to judge his actions?" Joshua asked.
There was a pause as the waiter arrived to place their respective coffee cups on the table.
"Analyzing it would be the accurate word." Jeonghan modified.
"I see." Joshua nodded, "You find everyone innocent while I find everyone guilty. Guess, we're not the same."
"Definitely, we aren't." Jeonghan nodded, "But we've to come together on this case, our client being, Choi Seungcheol."
"He's an interesting one." Joshua flipped through his file.
"Tell me Mr. Hong." Jeonghan began, "What do you find so intriguing about him? Let's start with your perspective."
"A young man in his late 20s, charged for killing his own parents and was declared guilty, legally. But somehow, he's mentally unstable. According to his brother, Lee Seokmin's statement, it looks like he hates him, reason being obvious."
"He's not his real brother, right?" Jeonghan read through the document.
"Right, he isn't but here it's said that Mr. and Mrs. Choi loved him even more than Seungcheol. And hmm even Seungcheol doesn't like Seokmin being called adopted."
"Then why does he hate Mr. Choi Seungcheol so much?" Jeonghan frowned.
"Dr. Yoon, he literally killed Mr. Lee's parents, real or not. They had the bonding. I don't see any reason to sympathise with the murdered of your parents.
