<Choi Mansion>

Jeonghan inhaled a sharp breath as he finally managed to sneak into Areum's room as he got to know that she wasn't going to be in the mansion for an hour. He wasted no time and began to search for any clue that he could find.

Table, drawer, shelf, cupboard, he went through everything.

But soon enough, the door opened. Jeonghan froze at his spot as he was back facing the door. He slowly turned around, only to find Areum standing there.

He frowned at her sudden arrival as she was supposed to be out but what surprised him more was Areum's next step. She stepped into the room and went towards the cupboard to search for something as if she hadn't even seen Jeonghan.

Jeonghan's heartbeat raced as he avoided making the slightest sound.

What was even happening?

He slowly and steadily walked out of the room. After spending a minute or so, he knocked at the door again.

"Yes?" Areum answered.

"Mrs. Choi, may I come in?" Jeonghan asked.

"Oh, Dr. Yoon." Areum looked in his direction, "Please come in. How may I help you?"

"Uh nothing much, I heard you were going for shopping?" Jeonghan observed her keenly.

"Yes, I am." Areum nodded, "Do you need anything?"

"Uh yeah." Jeonghan scratched the back of his neck, "These red curtains of your room are beautiful, I want the same."

"Sure, I'll get them for you." Areum chuckled.

'Wait- what? Aren't the curtains green?'

"What happened, Dr. Yoon?" Areum asked, "Why are you silent?"

"I-" Jeonghan was cut off when a lady staff walked in, "Mrs. Choi, let's go."

"Yeah Hari, I'll need a few minutes-"

"Susan, ma'am."

"Ah yeah Susan, I get confused in both of yours voi- I mean, face. Anyways, we also have to get these red curtains for Dr. Yoon." Areum stated.

"Red?" Susan scrunched her brows, "Aren't they green?"

Areum snapped her head towards Jeonghan, "What?"

"Oh I get it I get it." Jeonghan laughed slightly, "I'm colour-blind."

'One lie to remember forever. I am colour-blind. Glad I chose the colours with the back-up plan.'

"Oh I see, me too actually, I'll bring the curtains for you Dr. Yoon, don't worry." Areum grinned.

'Me too? More like, you're completely blind.'

"Thank you so much." Jeonghan smiled and left.

He got a text from Woozi - Me and Mr. Hong are here, come fast.

Jeonghan headed to the meeting room and closed the door shut behind himself. He rushed to the other two males, "Guess what I just found out?"

"What?" Both of them asked.

"Mrs. Choi Areum-" Jeonghan paused, "Is blind."

"WHAT?" Joshua and Woozi gasped.

"She acts to be fine but she isn't." Jeonghan explained the entire incident to them, "Plus I've seen both the workers. Hari and Susan have completely different face cuts, you can't mix them up. I bet she meant she gets confused between their voices."
