Welcome to "Cursed Destiny" a story that originally started as an idea for a story game. Over the years, I've carefully crafted this world, but this is the first time I'm sharing it in a written form. I'm not a professional writer, just someone who loves to entertain. I have my own style of writing which might not be perfect or professional. Unfortunately I can't put 100% focus on the story.

I appreciate any feedback you have, so feel free to share your thoughts and criticisms.

("Chapter 1: Episode 1: Wake Up!" was meant to be the prologue for the game.)

Due to my limited free time i can't publish episodes with consistency, i'm sorry that. However, I wanted to give you a glimpse of the story. 😊 (The story IS finished. It's not written down YET but it is finished.)

IMPORTANT

To help you understand the world of "Cursed Destiny," here are some key details. This section is optional; you don't have to read this but if something is not clear you can come back to it.

World Overview:

"Cursed Destiny" is set in a fantasy world much larger and more dangerous than our own. This world is home to a variety of fantastical creatures, including familiar ones like hydras and many unique creations. Due to these threats, kingdoms have built walls of varying heights for protection. Some walls are 10 meters high, while others reach 50 meters, depending on the danger level of the area.

The kingdoms are named by the order in which they were established (e.g., the Fourth Kingdom). In total, there are 16 kingdoms at the time of this story.

Most people avoid venturing outside the walls to avoid the dangers. However, kingdoms still have common livestock like pigs, chickens, and cows. The wealthy prefer exotic meats, which has led to the rise of "lancers" - skilled hunters who venture beyond the walls to capture dangerous yet delicious creatures for a high price.

Lancers and Elite Warriors:

Lancers usually work in teams of 4-12. After hunting, they bring their catch back to the kingdom, sometimes hiring additional help for protection. Due to the risks, lancers are well-paid and highly respected. Kings employ elite warriors, the best of the best, who were initially meant to hunt for the king but now perform various tasks. Being an elite warrior is the highest-paying and most prestigious job, akin to being a top athlete today. Elite warriors live in bases provided by the king and receive whatever they desire as rewards for their service.
