Spring had arrived, bringing with it a sense of renewal and hope. Taehyung and Seokjin’s relationship had grown stronger, but there was still one thing Taehyung hadn't done: he hadn't fully confessed the depth of his feelings, the true extent of his love for Seokjin.

One evening, as the cherry blossoms bloomed and the air was filled with their delicate fragrance, Taehyung decided it was time. He wanted to lay everything bare, to let Seokjin know exactly how much he meant to him.

"Jin, are you free tonight?" Taehyung asked, trying to keep his voice steady despite the nerves fluttering in his chest.

Seokjin looked up from the book he was reading, curiosity in his eyes. "Sure, Tae. What's on your mind?"

"There's something I want to show you. Meet me at our park at sunset?"

Seokjin smiled, nodding. "I'll be there."

Taehyung spent the afternoon preparing, his heart racing with anticipation. He set up a small picnic under their favorite tree, the one where they had shared so many meaningful moments. He laid out a blanket, arranged a selection of their favorite foods, and placed a small box in the center of it all.

As the sun began to set, casting a warm, golden glow over the park, Seokjin arrived. He walked towards Taehyung, his smile growing as he saw the thoughtful setup.

"Tae, this is beautiful," Seokjin said, sitting down on the blanket.

Taehyung smiled, his heart pounding. "I'm glad you like it. There's something I need to tell you, Jin."

Seokjin's expression turned serious, concern flickering in his eyes. "What is it, Tae?"

Taking a deep breath, Taehyung began. "Jin, from the moment I met you, my life changed. At first, I didn't understand why I was so drawn to you, why I couldn't get you out of my mind. But over time, I realized it was because you showed me what love truly is. You made me want to be a better person, not just for you, but for myself."

Seokjin listened, his eyes never leaving Taehyung's face.

"I know I've made mistakes," Taehyung continued, "and I've let my insecurities get the best of me. But through it all, you stood by me, gave me a chance to grow and change. And for that, I'll always be grateful."

Taehyung reached for the small box, his hands trembling slightly. "Jin, you mean everything to me. You've shown me what it means to love and be loved, and I want to spend the rest of my life making you as happy as you've made me."

He opened the box to reveal a simple, elegant ring. "Seokjin, will you marry me?"

Seokjin's eyes filled with tears, his hands covering his mouth. For a moment, he was too overwhelmed to speak. Then, slowly, he reached out and took Taehyung's hands in his own.

"Tae, I... I don't know what to say," Seokjin whispered, his voice thick with emotion. "I never expected this, but... yes. Yes, I'll marry you."

Tears of joy spilled down Taehyung's cheeks as he slipped the ring onto Seokjin's finger. They leaned in, their foreheads touching, sharing a moment of pure, unspoken love.

As the sun dipped below the horizon, they held each other close, the world around them fading into the background. For the first time, Taehyung felt a sense of completeness, a certainty that they were meant to be together.

Their journey had been filled with challenges and misunderstandings, but they had emerged stronger, their love deeper and more resilient than ever. And as they sat beneath the cherry blossoms, their hearts beating in unison, they knew that their future together would be bright, filled with love and endless possibilities.

That night, under the starry sky, Taehyung and Seokjin made a promise to each other—a promise of love, trust, and forever. It was the beginning of a new chapter, one that they would write together, hand in hand, heart to heart.
