I'm still figuring out some details because I'm kinda working off of like a days worth of writing😭 This will be under a lot of editing as well so sorry for any grammar mistakes.

Quirk: Photokinesis and Umbrakinesis
Quirk description: She can manipulate and create any kind of light or shadows/darkness into anything physical but only she can touch said object.
She can use the sun, and only the sun, like how a plant would to replenish stamina, strength, speed, light wounds, ect.
She can create illusions by bending the light and darkness of someone's eyes, as well as taking away eyesight but making herself blind in one eye in the process.
Shadows are basically portals for her (she just calls it shadow slipping) so if there was a decent sized shadow across the room she would reappear where that shadow would be.
While she uses the shadow slipping she sinks into the ground and can see through it if she decides to change the shadow she wants to reappear out of.
She can emit darkness/light out of her body as an extension of her but can only lift 50 pounds more than her own body weight. Her quirk allows her to also create things up to 10 feet tall with both of her quirks.
She also prefers to use her dark quirk more as she's more experienced with that one but she's still working on the other just as much to even them out eventually.
Downsides of quirk: If someone touches what she's made while she isn't touching it, it'll disappear.
If light quirk is overused, she can go blind for an extended period of time as well as a migraine. She can only make something as wide as her own height.
If she overuses shadow slipping she may pass out due to exhaustion. If the dark quirk is over used she may have a nosebleed and experience heavy nausea.
Some of these side effects may occur if water and calorie intake isn't met for the day as well.
