IN THE NAME OF ALLAH THE MOST MERCIFULL THE ALL GRACIOUS ALL PRAISE BELONGS TO ALLAH PEACE AND BLESSING BE UPON OUR PROPHET MUHAMMAD

SOME PEOPLE SAY THAT ALLAH DOES NOT FORGIVE ALL SINS WHICH IS WRONG INDEED ALLAH IS ALL-FORGIVING AND THIS IS ONE OF HIS NAMES
PROVES:

Riyad as-Salihin 421
Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Allah, the Exalted, and Glorious said: 'A slave committed a sin and he said: O Allah, forgive my sin,' and Allah said: 'My slave committed a sin and then he realized that he has a Rubb Who forgives the sins and punishes for the sin.' He then again committed a sin and said: 'My Rubb, forgive my sin,' and Allah (SWT) said: 'My slave committed a sin and then realized that he has a Rubb Who forgives his sin and punishes for the sin.' He again committed a sin and said: 'My Rubb, forgive my sin,' and Allah (SWT) said: 'My slave has committed a sin and then realized that he has a Rubb Who forgives the sin or takes (him) to account for sin. I have granted forgiveness to my slave. Let him do whatever he likes".

[Al-Bukhari and Muslim].

The last sentence "let him do..". means, as long he keeps asking for forgiveness after the commission of sins, and repents, Allah will forgive him because repentance eliminates previous sins".

Then go forth with the rest of the pilgrims. And seek Allah’s forgiveness. Surely Allah is All-Forgiving, Most Merciful.(Quran 2:199)

Say, ˹O Prophet, that Allah says,˺ “O My servants who have exceeded the limits against their souls! Do not lose hope in Allah’s mercy, for Allah certainly forgives all sins. He is indeed the All-Forgiving, Most Merciful.(Quran 39:53)

It is a major sin to say that Allah does not forgive all sins so whoever says that must repent and if you repent with sincere repentance and give up on sin and regret it then your sin shall be forgiven by Allah according to majority of scholars and ulemas

However if soneone sins with intention to repent later then his sin is not forgiven until he really means this repentance and regrets the sin

Allah says:
And the two among you who commit this sin—discipline them. If they repent and mend their ways, relieve them. Surely Allah is ever Accepting of Repentance, Most Merciful.

Allah only accepts the repentance of those who commit evil ignorantly ˹or recklessly˺ then repent soon after—Allah will pardon them. And Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise.

However, repentance is not accepted from those who knowingly persist in sin until they start dying, and then cry, “Now I repent!” nor those who die as disbelievers. For them We have prepared a painful punishment.
(Quran 4:15-18)

Even if your sins were to reach up the sky if you repent Allah shall forgive you indeed Allah is all-knowing and knows what is in our hearts so we must fear Allah but not lose hope

The mercy of Allah towards his servant is strong and Allah may wipe out all sins of his servants through good deeds however if the person does not have enough good deeds that Allah forgives his sins then Allah grants this person depression and Allah forgives his sins through it.There are alot of ways that Allah forgives his servant for sins

The mercy of Allah when someone reverts to islam is that big that Allah forgives all his sins

Sahih al-Bukhari 41
Narrated Abu Sa'id Al Khudri:
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "If a person embraces Islam sincerely, then Allah shall forgive all his past sins, and after that starts the settlement of accounts, the reward of his good deeds will be ten times to seven hundred times for each good deed and one evil deed will be recorded as it is unless Allah forgives it."

However the mercy of Allah towards his enemies(disbelivers) who reject Quran is not same as belivers Allah does not accept good deeds of disbelivers unless they repent

Those who say that disbelivers are not the enemies of Allah and that Allah may not punish all those who die in disbelief(kufr) will be in jahannam should read:

O Prophet! Struggle against the disbelievers and the hypocrites, and be firm with them. Hell will be their home. What an evil destination(quran 9:73)

And Jahannam is filled with the enemies of Allah. With this knowledge we understand that taking non-muslims(kuffar) as allies/friends is haram

O you who have believed, do not take My enemies and your enemies as allies, extending to them affection while they have disbelieved in what came to you of the truth, having driven out the Prophet and yourselves [only] because you believe in Allāh, your Lord. If you have come out for jihād [i.e., fighting or striving] in My cause and seeking means to My approval, [take them not as friends]. You confide to them affection [i.e., instruction], but I am most knowing of what you have concealed and what you have declared. And whoever does it among you has certainly strayed from the soundness of the way.(Quran:surah al-mumtahanah ayah 1) even that this ayah talks about the people of Mecca who kicked out muslims and used to beat them in the begining it says Oh you who have belived so Allah says first this statement in the ayah "Oh you who have belived do not take my enemies and your enemies as allies..." so this is meant for every muslim

Allah does not forbid you from treating those who do not fight you on your faith, nor have they driven you out of your homes, with benevolence and equity.(60:8)
This means that we do not take them as allies but respect them and treat them kindly not for the sake of love that someone may have for them but for the sake of Allah

4:144-O believers! Do not take disbelievers as allies instead of the believers. Would you like to give Allah solid proof against yourselves?

This means that we must not take disbelivers as allies nor friends however we can have them bussiness friends meaning we do not love them but we respect them and do halal bussiness...
