Chapter 3

Kish Keyite

Izakaya madam looked back and forth us.
She asked, "you both know eachother before Avantika?".
She nodded.
"Thank God you both know eachother. I was being worried that, will you both accept to live together." 

Avantika glared at her,
"why did you not inform me that my roommate is going to be a man?"

Even i raised the same question. She started to blabber in her words and become speechless,
" I know!, it is my fault to not inform you both. But now, it is no trouble as you know eachother. Now, you both decide. Whether to pay full rent or half".
Avantika shouted, " I'm ready to pay all. Let him gooo!"
I got jerked, "No!, I can't. I'm new to this place and i can't search somewhere else. Don't worry, I will adjust you."
She yelled, "what? Maybe you can adjust me but i can't." 
I moved my eyes towards to izakaya madam, "madam you please go! I will handle her."

Izakaya madam wided her teeth,
"oh that's great! Have a good day"
she Locked the door and left.

She glared at me, "what's wrong with you?" I smiled at her, "you please be relax. Sit here".
She sighed,
"i want to be freshed now, you wait i will deal with you" I nodded.

She walked towards her room and unlocked it. She went in. I landed on the couch with fear and nervous. I really don't know how she feels but I am frustrated here. I can't even guess what her next move will be.
A few minutes later, she came out. I get up from the couch and glanced over her. Damn....she is pretty.
I literally can't take off my eyes. But I'm halted to admire her.

She glared, "are you really comfortable to stay with me?"
I nodded.

She took me to the kitchen,
"this is kitchen...you can use anything of these if you need." I glanced her, "thank you....are you alone here?"
She nodded. "Then...why you have too many utilities?".
She looked over the kitchen, "well, my parents sent me all these...but it is being useless."  "I see."

We moved to the living room again. "Why are you here? Any specific reason to come Chennai?"
I replied, "yeah, I'm here to attempt UGC NET  examination. Am preparing for it." She wided her eyes,
"that's great. Sounds interesting...in which field?"
"Mathematics..."
She gasped. "Anyway, you no need to feel trouble...'cause i won't be there at Day.." 
i looked at her,
"why, are you working?" She nodded, " in Elite tech Chennai as HR."
"I see...you really have a busy schedule."
She smiled, "any questions?"
I asked her out, "had dinner?" Without thinking. She raised her eyebrow, "why you want to know it?"
I blabbered, "it's because...i... Gonna prepare dinner."
She glared at me,
"I don't want anything from you...mind your business." She left.

I truly get confused with her unfamiliar behaviour. It is really to understand a woman. I moved to kitchen for preparing dinner. You would think why should I do it on my first day of my new house instead of ordering some food, online. But.. I love to cook that boosts me now to prepare. I think she wouldn't mind if I use her some of her stuffs. I looked for the ingredients in the fridge. My mouth wided...as it was empty. I mean it's empty fridge with only a water bottle. So, i moved near the cupboard and look for it. All i got was packets of noodles, coffee powder, sugar and some biscuits. It really bamboozled me a lot. I called out her and she answered me from her room.

"Is any Shop nearby?" She replied, "yeah, on the left pathway there is a grocery." "Thanks" I shouted.

Quickly I headed to the shop and brought the things I needed. Once, I enter the living room with items bag.
I on the television and put up the music channel in a High volume. According to me, Music and Cooking are best combination. It was already Nine when i start my cooking. I arranged the table and ready to eat all by myself and alone. As she never gonna come...i think she tries to avoid...me... Once i turn everything alright. I went to bed. I thought I would not get a sleep to night as this place is new to me. But I did sleep.

In the morning i wake at 10am. while, that moment I  found Avantika headed for work already. I need to find a job here. I can't depend on my parents for everything even I'm being only son to them. Now I can't join in as a teacher. As it would distract me with my studies. I should find a part time job. Once, I done with my routines. I headed out finding a job. But i'm exhausted as I roamed the city. I back to home about 4pm. I noted Izakaya madam getting her dried clothes.

she glanced over me and a smile, "kite...come in i need to talk to you"
I gave weird smile at her,
"it's Keyite, madam"
she sighed,"whatever, come in".
She made me to sit the couch and gave me a cup of tea. She sat next to me in a distance.
"What happened yesterday? How did you handle her?"
I smiled, "yeah, but I don't know... how i did it."
She sighed, "please go easy with her. She always being rude and talkless creature. To be truth, she is more sweet. I hope you you know that before."
I nodded, "I got it, i will care her."
I think Avantika had change over in her character.

It is no wrong to change ourselves
and adapt to the times we present in.

I think this what she would gone through.
Madam asked, "you didn't went for work?" I sighed, "well I'm searching for one. If possible could you recommend me to someone?"
She replied, "wait... I will ask out to my big brother. I heard he is hiring server in his cafe. If you are okay with it i would recommend you."
I relieved myself, "please do it."

Izakaya madam went over a side and started a talk with her big brother. At that moment, i was too nervous. Infact I started to prayer in myself. Once, she ended the call. She reached me and congratulated me as her brother agreed to appoint me. She handed me the contact details and address of the cae.

Hurriedly, I came out from her home and reached to the bus-stand to fetch a bus. Once I reached over the address. I found that this cafe is nearby to the Elite tech Chennai in which Avantika works. I entered the cafe and look arround to meet
Mr. Izhilarasan the owner and Izakaya madam's elder brother.
I had a talk with the owner and came to that this cafe will be opened 24/7. Employees works here as shifted. I proclaimed to take night shift so that I could prepare for my exams in the day. And anyway i don't get sleep at night so it is being a advantage i hope so. With all agreement i finally got employment at this cafe.

I returned to home with all the cooking ingredients for dinner. I like to inform this happy news to Avantika. But she avoids me...so I need to carry on with myself.
