After Kim had explained her idea, the rest of the car ride was, well, quite bland. Her idea was alright, don't get confused, but the more interesting part was if it would work.
"Do we.. really have to use our online names for this?" Betty asked, confused.
Kat nodded, "Yeah! I don't want them to be like 'oh my gosh! its funneh and gold you guys look the same' when apparently it's been like 3 or 4 years!!!"
Kim sighed. It was good to see the others being back to normal after what had happened a few minutes earlier, though of course that wouldn't deter them from complaining mode. "It's okay! I thought about it already!"
Wenny looked up at Kim. She had somehow used that SYST3M thing to imitate a drawing tablet, and was just doodling whatever came to her mind.
...why did it like her so much more than the others?
"What'd you think of?" Wenny asked.
"Um, so I thought that maybe Kat and I should just use our real names- so nobody thinks of us as Funneh and Gold?"
Allen scoffed, "And have the rest of us use our online names? We might as well stick with our real names."
"Okay.. you have a point there. But we don't know if we're replacing the ones from the series, and there was never a Lunar or a Draco-"
Kat turned to face the others again, "But Kim, we had a Rainbow. Sure we called her Paint and she was asleep the entire time, but we still had her in the series."
Betty sighed, "Guys, theres no need to argue about this! I know I literally complained about this a few minutes ago but, I don't mind using our online names! And if Kat and Kim need to use their real names 'just in case', I don't think it matters that much what we use!"
"I agree! Let's NOT about this! We don't need another 'soup can't be dried' situation!" Kat declared, and then added, "Oh and we don't need to say like, ten sentences everytime we talk."
"Shut up Kat."
"YOU shut up, Allen!"
"You're the one who thinks soup can be dried!"
"THAT'S LITERALLY WHAT WIKIPEDIA SAID!!"
"WHY DO YOU TRUST WIKIPEDIA WITH YOUR LIFE?? THAT MAKES IT A BOUILLON CUBE!"
"NO IT DOESN'T! IT'S STILL SO—"
"guys. shut up."
They both paused, and looked at Betty. She had crossed her arms and was staring at the two.
"You two need to stop arguing about everything! There's a bigger problem here," she looked at Kim and Wenny, "that we should talk about."
"What is it?" Wenny asked. She had 'poofed' the SYST3M thing away, probably during Kat and Allen's argument.
"How did we even get here? All I know is that Kim screamed, Allen and I ran in, Wenny and Allen jumped into some mist, and Kat made Kim and I jump with her."
Kat looked away from her, "Well..."
"Kat..."
"Uh..."
"What did you do?" Betty narrowed her eyes at her.
"We might've.. possibly mixed some unknown chemicals together..?"
"Wh- I-" Betty turned to look at Wenny, who nervously smiled at her. "Don't give me that look. Did you break the laws of physics, again?"
"I- well it wasn't entirely my fault! I had just finished a cold light experiment, and I was cleaning up when Kat wheeled into the room-"
