3rd POV

The next day on Planet Pantheruos.

Location; ONI headquarters-

The sprawling campus of the ONI (Office of National Intelligence) headquarters on Planet Pantheruos buzzed with activity. The facility, located in a secure, forested area, was a blend of advanced technology and natural beauty, reflecting the Pantheruos' respect for both innovation and their environment. Sleek buildings with reflective surfaces stood amidst towering trees, connected by pathways lined with greenery.

Inside the central command building, a large holo-screen displayed various reports and live feeds from agents across the galaxy. The atmosphere was one of focused intensity, with agents and analysts working diligently at their stations.

In a high-tech conference room, the holographic image of Agent Sable flickered to life, projected from her secure location on Remnant. She stood at attention, her image clear and lifelike.

"Director Alaric, this is Agent Sable, reporting in from Remnant," she began, her voice steady.

Director Alaric, a tall, imposing Pantheruo with sharp, piercing eyes and a mane of silver hair, nodded. "Proceed with your report, Agent."

Sable quickly summarized their findings, emphasizing the precarious state of Remnant's societies and their dependency on Dust. "The discrimination against the Faunus is systemic and severe. The Grimm are manageable, but the societal tensions pose a significant risk. The planet is not ready for integration into the Galactic Community."

Alaric's expression remained stoic, but his eyes showed a glint of concern. "Understood. Your team's observations are critical. We need to proceed cautiously. The potential for conflict on Remnant could have far-reaching consequences."

Colonel Lithia, another senior officer present in the room, leaned forward. Her panther ears twitched slightly as she spoke. "What about the technological level of Remnant? Is there any threat of them developing space-faring capabilities?"

Sable shook her head. "Negative, Colonel. Their technology is advanced in some areas, like the use of Dust, but they are far from achieving space travel. Their focus remains internal, on their conflicts and survival."

Alaric nodded. "Very well. Maintain your cover and continue to monitor the situation. We need to ensure that any potential threat to Pantheruos and the Galactic Community is mitigated. And remember, direct interference is not an option unless absolutely necessary."

"Understood, Director," Sable replied.

The hologram flickered off, and Alaric turned to Lithia. "Keep a close eye on their reports. If the situation worsens, we may need to consider more drastic measures."

Lithia nodded, her expression determined. "We'll be ready, sir."

Meanwhile, in another part of the ONI headquarters, the advanced communication room buzzed with activity. Operators monitored live feeds and encrypted messages from various Pantheruos agents across the galaxy. The room was filled with the soft hum of machinery and the occasional beep of incoming transmissions.

Agent Lyria, a seasoned operative with years of experience, sat at her station, reviewing the latest data from Remnant. Her keen eyes scanned the screens, noting the details of the societal unrest and the peculiar use of Dust. She frowned slightly, concerned by the reports of the Faunus' treatment.

Her thoughts were interrupted by a message from Director Alaric. "Agent Lyria, compile a detailed analysis of Remnant's current status and potential risks. I want it on my desk by the end of the day."
