I was standing in a corner, watching everyone happy and excited for haldi. I'm not going to get much involved because I know that they won't like it. So I'm trying to stay away.
Vikram Bhaiya has just disappeared or should I say is really busy with his college best friend, he says so, but of course we all know that Shreya Di is going to be my Bhabhi soon.
Finally I saw Bhaiya coming along with Shreya Di towards the hall , he started looking around, and looked at me. He started walking towards me , but before he can reach me, mom I mean Mrs. Sharma stopped him and said something to him. He nodded , and after that came towards me.
"Why are you standing in a corner? C'mon even Diksha and Siddharth are enjoying the wedding, so you too should enjoy ." He said trying to raise my mood knowing very well that I was feeling hurt that they do not even consider me as family so how am I supposed to enjoy the function?
"It's okay, Bhaiya. I don't want to spoil her important day." I said.
"You won't spoil anything, Pari. I have told you so many times, not to talk like this about yourself, but you won't listen." he said.
Before I can say something Mrs. Sharma shouted, Bhaiya's name, and gestured him something.
"Well, I need to go and bring haldi from grooms wing" he said
"But why would you bring haldi from there?" I asked.
"Meri Bholi Behna, this is a tradition that first haldi is applied to groom, and then the same haldi removed from his body is added into some fresh haldi and is applied on the bride." He said

"Ohhhhhh" I said
"I remember, Amma told me about this, but as you know, I don't like paying much attention to marriage stuff, so!" I said
He just shook his head and then said "Main aata hun haldi lekar. "
(I will go and bring haldi)
But before he can start moving , his phone rang , he answered the call.
"Okay" he said and disconnected the call
"Pari I need to take a very important call. It's from Italy, so I can't deny it , can you please go and bring the Haldi ?" He said
"But Bhaiya, how can I? you know that no one will like it." I said
"No one will say anything, and if they did, I'm going to show them their place, so just go before I get angry." He said.
"Okay, I'm going." I said and started going towards the right-wing because I know if Bhaiya gets angry, then no one can calm him.
I reached the wing , but there is no one inside the palace. Then I heard some noise coming from the garden outside. I was on the first floor so I saw through the glass window that everyone is gathered in the garden for the haldi. I started going towards the garden through the stairs.
