For everyone, Janice was just the AlphaTauri newest graphic designer, another one of the team. But underneath that, the real herself hid behind, trying to hide her secrets as well, making her life less difficult than it had been.

Having an ever-lasting connection to the racing world, and now working on the paddock, behind the scenes of the main action she knew, it didn't take long for an old friend of hers to recognize her, having known her forever, whilst navigating new feelings that arose on her time being.

On the other side, Charles was that well known racing driver, going into a seemingly good season for 2022, seemingly taken, all in all, his life was a full-on cover for stuff that the outsiders didn't need to see, falling for someone who looked just like him, lost and with a million things in his head.

What was sure to happen was that all lies and secrets hidden beneath would find its way to the surface, sooner or later, but would they survive the inevitable consequences of them?

Firstly, both French and English aren't my first language, so feel free to correct me in anything via comments (anything that is said in french or other languages will be in cursive)

This story is purely fictional, and it's not related in any way to Charles Leclerc or any of the drivers that appear, and every other brand/famous celebrity that could appear in the story it's merely used to give background when needed.

The only things that I own from this are the plot, which occurs during the 2022 season, which won't be following the actual results of it, and the characters that I've made for it. Along this, there will be intercrossing parts from the second book of the series, but it's not necessary to read that in order to understand the story (would be recommended though)

The book also contains different trigger warnings like racing accidents, anxiety attacks of various sorts, along with mentions of death and traumatic experiences.
